Taking out old unsv cable of any size with GI pipe protection and bricks protection including separeting serviciable cable/bricks for reuse and set aside and removing unsrviceable materials from work site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and connecting 95 sqmm 3.5 core XLPE cable, insulated galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor, testing complete all as specified and as directed.

do- all as per srl item No 2 but size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core

do- all as per srl item No 2 but size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core

Laying only LT cable of any sizes, including connecting with accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc including testing complete as specified and as directed. Note: Servicable LT cable obtained from item No.1 here-in-before shall be reused .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including, spreading, levilling,watering and well ramming in layers not exe 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distence not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for Sand cushioning to under ground cable providing with a layer 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable. Complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR 2009 Part-I ( Specifications) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of old size bricks for protaction of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only old bricks obtained from taking down of UG cable of good condition after the cleaning complete all as per specified and as directed. Note: Servicable Bricks obtained from item No.1 here-in-before shall be reused.

Supply and fix GI Tubing light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches, or fixed along with walls/poles including brackets, nuts and bolts etc. bore of pipe 80 mm as in cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 80 mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ).

Dismantling of earth GI wire/ACSR conductor any size/type from service feeder or distribution panel/concrete pole or steel tubular pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix ACSR aluminium conductor (weasel) steel re-inforced for LT lines on concrete poles,stretching without kinks and bends binding with and including binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of ACSR conductor , after properly stretching without kinks and bends binding with and including binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Old serviceable ACSR obtained from Item No. 22 here-in-before shall be reused.

Supply and fix pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown, with galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height and 65 mm dia of 1100 volts grade all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for restraining the sagged overhead ACSR conductor of any size, type (5Nos conductor on pole) after disconnecting all jumpering connections and bindings with insulators and connecting all jumpering connections and binding with insulators with aluminium conductor properly after straining complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) 5 Nos of conductor on pole shall considered as one length. (ii) The quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of all Tools and plants like ladder, ropes, safety harnness etc.

Supply, fix and testing of 10 Sqmm,1100 volts grade heavy duty one twin core cable, PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre distance properly binding with and including 04mm GI suspension wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix and testing of 16 Sqmm,1100 volts grade heavy duty one twin core cable, PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre distance properly binding with and including 04mm GI suspension wire, complete all as specified and directed.
