Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of re-inforced cement concrete of any description and in any position for manhole cover slab complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down PVC (SWR) pipes size 110/75mm dia from any position complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing coat ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premesises

Cleaning of sewage line of any diameter and of any description including manholes by manually or other means, to clear the sludge/blockage inside the sewage line and manholes and will be flushing with water to drain out sludge etc. inside the sewage line from manhole to ease the flow of sewage including removing the sludge and re- fixing the manhole cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of manhole including removal of sludge of any size and depth upto 0.75 Mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing damaged IWC/EWC alongwith complete PCC and line concrete from sunken floor and providing new IWC and water proofing treatment to sunken floor as per following stage :-(i) 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:2) with WPC at all around and base of sunken floor with proper slope.(ii) Applying a coat of 85/25 gde hot bitumen @ 0.7Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @0.5Kg/Sqm and then pasteing of polythene film, 150 micron, matural colour with cold cut back adhessive.(iii) Fixing of 25mm dia GI pipe (med gde) spout of length 45 cm.(iv) Supply & fixing of vitreous china squatting pan, "ORISSA" pattern or padestal type, size 580x440mm white with integral footrest, P/S trap etc complete including providing PCC lean concrete in Mix 1:5:10 complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manhole for connection new drain making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finish and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia.complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank/STP/open-sump including drainage system by blocking temporarily the inlet with approved wooden plugs and bailing/ pumping out water from septic tank/soak pit and scraping out sludge, organic matter /inorganic matter, soft /semi solid matter and removing to distance exc 50 m but n.exc 100 m from the starting point and filling into shallow pits n.exc 1.5 m deep and removal of wooden plugs and channeling the water back complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Net volume of sludge shall be measured after dewatering by depositing in a shallow pit. The depth of sludge is taken by rodding after the sludge is dewatered and dried or reducing 20% from bulk volume.

Rough excavation in soft/loose soil and getting out for shallow pit n. exc 1.5 m deep and spraying adequate quantity of bleaching powder inside the bottom pits and its walls as well over the sludge for hygienic condition, and spreading levelling in layers the excavated earth on the shallow pits to cover the sludge in the pit, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bleaching powder shall be measured and paid separately under item 4 here-in-after.

Material and labour for bleaching powder to be used in pit for depositing sluddge in open space by diging.complete all as specified and directed. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embosed with contractor's firm name while carriying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose.
