Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work,lifts up to 1.50 meters atacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacking soil in 15cm .layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc, consolidating each deposted layer by ramming and watering and then deposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of round ductile iron manhole cover with square frame as oer EN 124, 150 mm dia ( Heavy duty) C250 double seal with frame with ISI mark circulat type dia 560 mm as per the requirement with in all leads and lifts as per the dircetion of Engineer incharge.

Demolition un reinforcement cement below GL upto 1.50 m depth and disposal of unserviceable material with in 20 m lead as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2 sand:4 graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering including all leads and lifts in Foundation and plinth as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

15 mm thick cement plaster on rough sides of brick/stone masonery convrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth in cm 1:3 (1cement:3 sand) complete with in all lead & lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burunt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts.
