Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slabs of any description and in any postion including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish off the MD land complete all as specfied and directed

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type 'B-0' 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L light shed vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick 1:4 cement morter complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) of area exc 0.18 but n.exc 0.38 Sq.m in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm /450X300X7/8 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over incl rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick all as specified and directed.

M&L for acid resistant tiles 15mm thick vitreous creamic, unglaged, set jointed and pointed in chemical resistant mortar, resin type in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid in any mortar and rubbish off the MD land complete all as s[pecfied and directed

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment tomatch the shade of granite stone in slab, plateform, steps including grinding and polishing laid over 15 mm thick cement screed (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls/Ceiling etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removing the debries away from the Dockyard premises all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement i Note :- The work shall be executed at a height 8 to 15mtr and the contractor has to provide scaffolding etc wherever necessary. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to included for the same.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceilings finished even & smooth(without using extra cement) all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605x605mm using main and cross tee of size 15mm x 15mm 1.5mm ( weight not less than 0.12 kg / Rm) and wall angle of size 40mm x 25mm x 2mm ( weight not less than 0.36 kg / Rm) with hanger 6mm dia GI (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceilng cleats made out of GI flat 40x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete , including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet of 10mm thick suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification and drawing complete all ass pecfied and directed.

Material and labour for partition wall (Pannels of 1.44 sqm (approx) made out of aluminium anodized standard hollow sections 63.50 X 38.10 X 1.95mm thick snap fit beadings, standard rubber gasket, 5.5mm thick sheet glass and 6mm thick prelaminated partical board, interior grade with decorative choice lamination complete all as specified and directed. Note :-The scope of work include for taking down existing damaged aluminium door/window/grill/panels and the unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding window exceeding 2.00 Sqm .Three tack made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mmx52mm), sliding sash (42mmx67mm). Sliding mesh sash (42mmx57mm) sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mmx28mm, Glzing bead (24.5mmx16mm) will be mitred cut and fusionwelded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+, -0.2mm thick galvanised steel frame (30mmx18mm) 2 Nos, sliding sash (30mmx18mm), sliding mesh sash(26mmx10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile,frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mmx100mm long fasteners, Hardware (touch lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. S&F in repair coloured tinted glass 4.0 mm thick ordinary quality fixed with aluminium/PVC/wooden beads in squares/rectangular shape as fit in existing shutters/frame work of area exc 0.5 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of mininium 1.25 mm thick alumiium alloy sheet foundation box , main body with stainless steel cover, governig pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty including taking down old floor spring complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Aluminium body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3 universal type, suitable for door shutters of weight between 61 to 80 Kg complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of textile covering and including all padding concrete over RCC slab over roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding concrete and kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick scred bed over padding concrete cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound as per manufacture instructions by weight of cement and finish the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply WPC will be measured and paid separately

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per Sqm including cleaning of surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) shall be laid over entire roof surface and on vertical surface up to groves with other laps of 100mm. The over lap shall be sealed by flames complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bitumastic gola filling in crumple joints , with 80/25 buitmen and coarse sand mixture 1:3 by weight 8cm x 8cm at junction of roofing to vertcal surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of aluminium paint @0.10 Kg/sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and removal of rubbish outside Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L150mm reinforced cement concrete in floors type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) including removal of debris from the Dockyard permises and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2, using 40mm graded aggregate 100mm thick as in floor and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surface or making impression of expanded metals whilst concrete green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick in cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming construction joints 30mm deep and 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified.

Providing and removing from site after completion of work double steel scaffolding for the outer surfaces of the building to provide platform to the workmen complete all as specfied and directed. Note : The superficial area of the building cover is measured

Material & labour for chipping (20mm to 50mm) of existing damaged, spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is cleaned with water jet, again clean the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of exposed of rusted steel reinforcement with metal wire brush , cleaning the rusted surfaces free from loose rust and application of rust remover cum passivator with brush to the rusted reinforcement , and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper and thoroughly washed with water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it to dry complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Area of cleaned reinforcement steel bar shall be measured for payment.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of steel of reinforcement by cleaning and providing, mixing and applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufacturers method of application to rebar corrosion protection system to reinforcement Fosroc or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. M&L for applying a coat of Polymer modified cementious bonding coat on the concrete surfaces with one part of Styrene Butadiene Rubber latex emulsion (SBR latex) manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASFor any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch with four parts of water and six parts of cement by weight. Coverage of SBR latex-0.25Ltr / sqm for one coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Shear connectors and Anchoring by drilling 16 mm dia holes up to depth of 100mm in concrete surfaces and fixing 10 mm dia TMT bars L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors by using Fosroc Lokfix chemical or any other equilent make as approved by GE (Mix of base and hardener of the polyester resin) in defective concrete area of the slab / column / beams / chajjas / lintel etc or any other structural member as per site requirement after cleaning the drilled hole by using water jet and after drying clean the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the hole. The Mix of base and hardener of the polyester resin shall be prepared by thorough mixing of base & hardener by the help of spatula. After preparing the mix the holes shall be filled to a minimum depth of 1/3rd of the hole with the prepared polyester resin and the reinforced bar shall be inserted to full depth of hole and extra length of the reinforcement bar shall be bent into the concrete to maintain proper cover to the reinforcement complete.

M&L for applying polymer modified, cementitious mortar fibre reinforced, single component shrinkage controlled, (Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc Makeor equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Supply and application of 3-4 mm thick Epoxy self levelling floor system with Nitofloor SL 4000 or equilent (As approved by GE) over a coat of epoxy primer Nitoprime 25 or equivalent (As approved by GE) including removal of existing damaged epoxy flooing and scarifying or grinding the surfaces to remove laitance with air blowers and cleaning the surface by water jetting and allowing to dry for 2 days complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in- Charge. M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer with one coat birla putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces over applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in two layers, 10 mm thick each coat with Polymer mortar(cement mortar 1:4 mixed with acrylic based modified cementitious composit compound such as product like Sika Latex Power manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd or equivalent product manufacture by FOSROC Chemicals (India) Ltd/Pidilite Industries Ltd/Choksey Chemicas Pvt on concrete/brick surfaces and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete. Each layer shall be allowed air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours before applying the second layer all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesive over the treatment plastered surfaces of sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8,type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggrigate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type 'B-0' 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in floor and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
