Providing and applying of upto 6mm thick plaster of Paris of approved brand and manufacture over the wall, ceiling, columns, beams, edges, corners etc. surfaces including scoff holding charges, with cost & carriage of materials complete.

Providing and laying of 20mm thick Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (avg.) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base mortar 1:4 mix (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) all inclusive cost and carriage of material involved in the work complete.

Providing/Fixing precast cement concrete hollow blocks incl. Hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar in 1:6 mix (1cement:6 coarse sand) incl. all leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of material involved complete. Incl. cost of hallow blocks (size 16"x8"x6")complete (Hallow Blocks shall be provided from Divisional Store on existing stock rates)..

Providing and laying vetrified floor tiles antiskid in different size( 8mm -10mm ) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) incl. grouting the jointing wiht white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

Painting on wood and wood based surface with synethatic enmamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats incl. priming coat, sand papering, scaffolding charges complete.

Providing and fixing stainless steel railling made of hollow tubes channels, plates etc. incl. welding, grinding, buffing polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless nuts and bolts complete. i/c fixing the railling with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasterers stainless steel bolts etc. of required size on the top floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangements as per approval of Engineer in charge (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excl. fixing accesseries such as nuts, bolts fasterers etc.

Providing and fixing of pre cast cement concrete 50 mm thick interlock tiles over 50mm thick sand layer and necessary concreting on sides and edges incl. cost and carriage of materials complete all inclusive.

P/L, in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level in 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm Nominal size (Crushed) all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of materials from approved nearest sources to site of work complete

P/L, of stone soling 75 mm nominal size duly hand packed with ramming, dressing, watering and compacting all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of material involved complete.

P/L, in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 coarse, sand: 8 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm Nominal size (Crushed) all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of material involved complete.

Structural steel work welded in built-up sections/ framed work of required size and pattern including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. In gratings,frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates, and similar works..

Supply, stacking and laying of Naturally occurring gravel close graded maximum aggregate size range 75mm granular sub base course nallah including sorting, spreading to template, watering and consolidation to required gradient and camber with 80-100KN road roller all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, unloading carriage of materials from nearest source to site of work complete. Finished work to be measured.

Supply, stacking and laying of WBM grade 2nd with specified graded stone aggregate 63mm - 45mm size broken quarry stone @0.92cum/10 sqm and using of screening 13.20mm size @ 0.135cum/10sqm and binding material @0.06cum/10sqm of road surface including sorting, spreading to template, watering and consolidation to required gradient and camber with (80-100) KN road roller all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load if any and carriage of materials from nearest approved source to site of work complete (To be laid as per guide line of MOST specification). Finished work to be measured and paid.
