Providing and Fixing Wooden Sports Flooring Top Surface Board: Kiln-seasoned and heat-treated imported Canadian Maple wood is provided for the top surface, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance to environmental changes. The boards are 21 mm thick, 55-100 mm wide, and come in random lengths. They are designed with tongue-and-groove profiles on all four sides for seamless interlocking. The edges feature finger-lock grooves, while the underside includes air-pass grooves to enhance stability and allow airflow. Underframe: The underframe is constructed using commercial-quality Pine wood runners, measuring 70 mm x 45 mm, which arein place with the adjoining groove. Wooden fingers are inserted into edge grooves and bonded with adhesive to lock the board ends. A 10-12 mm expansion gap is left between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiled areas or walls to accommodate natural expansion. Finishing: The Maple sports wooden floor is sanded to a uniform level using specialized sanding equipment. Following this, two coats of imported anti-skid PU lacquer are applied to the surface, enhancing durability and providing a non-slip finish. Required game line markings are added in specified colors to meet project requirements. The scope of work includes all markings and fixing, delivering a comprehensive and high-quality sports flooring solution. treated with an anti-termite solution for extended longevity. These runners are fixed with 19 mm thick EPDM cushion pads, stapled through two wings and spaced at 350 mm x 350 mm intervals. This design ensures optimal shock absorption and overall stability. Installation Process: The installation begins by preparing the IPS subfloor. The subfloor is leveled and treated with a vapor barrier to prevent moisture ingress.
