Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in : cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : (a)New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. Providing and fixing Zinc coated concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 450 mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90m) having 50 no rounds per 5 metre length upto 3m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m aoart abd with 9 horizantal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I Clips to retain horizonatal, including necessary bolts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, wiht reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T)/spring core (2.5 mm thick ) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre (cost of M.S angle, C.C blocks shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing PVC pipe (4 kg per sqcm) of approved brand make 100 mm dia in brickwork for reducing the wind pressure as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
