Demolition of Brickwork or PCC block built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved as plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick wall of manhole, septic tank and manhole of brick work / concrete surfaces or one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick Cement plaster with (1:4) cement mortar to fair faces of brick wall of /manhole /septic tank and wall of brick / concrete surface finished ,even & Smooth (without using extra cement) as directed & using WPC @ 2% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prepration of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over of alkali resistant priming paint,including dark blue colour of pippar/Rcc/brick facia, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings below or above ground level not exceeding 15cm thickness and including removing the debris outside the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 as in plinth protection/floor sub base etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar 150mm internal dia of pipe, including removing the debris of demolition/breaking items outside the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.10 above but dia of pipe 200mm.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC pipes class NP2 of 150mm dia laid and jointed with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.13 above but dia of pipe 200mm.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipe including packing to drain pipe and hunching against sides of pipe for 150mm dia pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.15 here in before but for 200mm dia pipes.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.17 here in before but for 200mm dia pipes.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm each in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material soils exc 1.50km but n.exc 5km and depositing where directed out side the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finishing to drain channel 30cm inner girth in cement concreting using extra cement including forms, mould mitred/stopped end etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, step clamps, including all fittings (Any type of "T"/tee, bend, Y, Branch piece single/double, couplers, reducers, vent coil, access door, junction single/double, equal/unequal, any type of trap etc), 75mm dia, fixed to walls/floor/trenches etc and height of buildings upto G+5, including taking down, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.22 here in before but for 110mm dia pipes.

S&F in repairs PVC(SWR) floor trap/Gully Trap 75mm outlet dia plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement inculding cutting out wall /concrete and finishing of surface to match existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bands, copings, bed plates, kerbs, water froughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded or charmfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Demoletion of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demoletion of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC(1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) Precast cement concrete cover slab for manhole and similar article with plain face, set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and direceted.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking beinding spirally hopping and binding wisth and dincluding mild steel wire (annelid not less than 0.9mm dia) as in stirrups etc, complete all as specified and direceted.

Dismantling floor, path, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, including removing the debris out side the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), 75 mm thick as in sub base below pavings, floors, paths etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core of gauge not exc 63 mm deposited spread and compacted in layers not exc 15 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles rubber finish 30cmx 30cmx 25mm thick,set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over & including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the manhole cover (CI or RCC) opening any type of manhole rectangular/ circular of depth not exceeding 3m taking out liquid/sludge/solid contents from the manhole with by mechanical pumping (at contractors direction) making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge including removal of sludge /solid contents outside the cantonment area and re-fixing the manhole cover to its orginal position, complete all as specified and as directed . Note: 1. Working shall be carried out in foul conditions. 2. Sewage/ sludge shall be removed in closed container mounted on vehicle. 3. Contractor has to provide all necessary safety gears & protective equipment to the labours engaged. 4. Work shall be carried out as and when required. 5. Wk will done only when one supervisor is present on site who will be responsible for ensuring safety of the labours engaged.

Removing the manhole cover/gully trap cover (CI or RCC) opening any type of manhole rectangular/ circular of depth not exceeding 3m taking out liquid/sludge/solid contents from the sewage line of 75/100/150/200/300 mm dia pipe with by mechanical pumping (at contractors direction) making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge including removal of sludge /solid contents outside the cantonment area and re-fixing the manhole cover to its orginal position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Work shall be carried out in foul condition (ii) Sewage shall be removed in closed container. (iii) Length of pipeline shall be measured from centre to centre of manhole and cleaning of manholes is inclusive in cleaning of pipe line. (ii) Manhole of depth more than 3m shall be measured and paid under relevent item. (iv) Contractor has to provide all necessary safety gears & protective equipment to the labours engaged. (v) Wk will done only when one supervisor is present on site who will be responsible for ensuring safety of the labours engaged.

Removing the manhole cover (CI or RCC) opening any type of rectangular/circular and bailing out (dewatering) of water, sewage (sludge), liquid semi liquid and solid suspended contents and floating matters of manhole, septic tank, soakage well, sewage plants/sumps of any size and depth of any size and any capacity by mechanical pumping by plugging inlets as required, desludging and getting out mud/sludge/slit/clay/sand and all other foreign organic and inorganic materials from septic tank,soakage well, any depth of getting out muddy sludge slit and all other foreign particle materials and removing out side cantonment area (MD Land) deposited where directed in borrow pits and covering the borrow pit with 15cm thick layer of earth/soil including carrying it outside the cantonment area and refixing the cover to its original position and removing and depositing out of defence land and making sewage system and manholes fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. For measurement of cubic content of sludge please refer PS Clause No 24.1 2. Work shall be carried out in foul conditions. After dewatering, sewage systems shall be allowed to dry . 3. Sewage/ sullage shall be removed in closed container mounted on vehicle. 4. Work shall be carried out as and when required. 5. Work will done only when one supervisor is present at site who will be responsible for ensuring safety of the labours engaged.

Cleaning of shurbs /bushes arround the septic tank, filter bed, manholes and along the sewage line & near building etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Bailing out (dewatering) of water and removing sewage (sullage), liquid, semi liquid and solid suspended contents and floating matters from the sump of size 6.70m x 3.45m having approximate depth upto 9 metre (double chamber) by mechanical pumping by plugging inlets as required; desludging and getting out mud/ sludge/ silt/clay/sand/grit etc and all other foreign organic and inorganic materials, getting out muddy sludge, silt and all other foreign particle material, grass, bushes, vegetation etc. and removing outside the cantonment area and refixing the cover to its original position and removing and depositing out of defence land or all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge re-fixing the cover to its original position and making oxidation pond fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Complete all as directed. Note:1 Work in foul conditions. After dewatering, bed shall be allowed to dry. 2. Sewage/ sullage shall be removed in closed container mounted on vehicle.

M&L for non skid jointless cerermic coloured tiles (Ist quality) 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (Ist quality) 300 x 450mm x 6-7mm / 300 x 200mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting / dado, set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white /coloured cement to match the shades of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition for cement conc exc 15cm thickness but above ground floor as sunken floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type E - 2, 1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken flooringc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of water proofing coating on the entire surface of sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 admixed with integral water proofing compound SIKA / STP / FOSROC’s complast X 421 IC @ 130ml per bag of cement including a bonding coat of SIKA / FOSROC”s Nito bond AR cement slurry/STP NO 1 liquid @ 200ml per bag or as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.
