Painting work of equipments, yard fencing and yard boundary wall of 132KV S/s, Rudrapur under 220KV OandM Division, PTCUL, Pantnagar

Painting of 132KV and 33KV outdoor equipments using spary including method carefully, applying grease/Jelly on transparent area, circuit diagram, specification plate etc. which can effected during spary painting before start painting proper scraping/rubbing/removing of old paint and rust by ambary paper and iron brush, wiping of surface by clean cloth for removing of dust and rust particles, clean grease/jelly after finalising the painting work. Complete in all respect. Detail of equipment given below.

Scrapping/rubbing/removing of old paint and rust from street light pole type SF-45/A-1 etc. with the help of ambary paper and iron brush, wiping of surface by clean cloth for removing of dust and rust particles including cost of all material, labour and T&P.

Apply one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of Aluminium with enamel of first quality on street light pole type E-1/SF-45/A-1 including cost of material, labour and T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqmtr. and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all plastering complete as per direction of engineer incharge. 14.1.1 with cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Fine Sand).

Finishing walls (yard boundary wall, toe wall, fire hut wall etc.) with water proofing cement paint of required shade on wall in two or more coats applied @ 3.84 Kg/10 Sqm after removing of old cement paint by rubbing with ambary paper, wire brush for making proper surface including all cost complete in all respect.

Painting of fire hut trass and support with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamelled paint in red shade after removing/cleaning of rust and old paint complete in all respect.

Painting of wire mesh fencing angles barbed wire by best quality enamel paint as per old shade of paint of both side after removing of old paint rubbing with ambary paper, wire brush than two coat of metallic primer including cost of metallic primer including cost of paint, primer and T&P complete in all respect.
