Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.50Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.50 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete block walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removal of rubbish off the premises and leave the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick, plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of floor / path surfaces finished fair & even to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid, joint free (edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling incld cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical surfaces 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing with and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, S&F in opening as per specification & drawing shown in SSR Part-II, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm long, mild steel cold rolled Butt hinges, medium weight, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made steel windows side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle and made out of 'Z' section, steel peg stay and two Nos MS tower bolt fixed on flat iron 25x3mm complete with glaging bars dovetailed or welded including one shop coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality, and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares n.exc 0.50Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cills, coping, apex stone, bed plates and lintel upto 1.5m clear span etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed. Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tank exc 250 litrs & n exc 500 ltrs capacity & removing to store, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work over and including 2mm thick JK/Birla wall putty to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old surfaces of walls by scrapping down, steel wire brushing etc including making surface clean, dry and free from any loose paint film, dirt, chalk, grease, fungus and algae and filling holes, dents, cracks with mixture of white cement and applying distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats over and including 2mm thick JK/Birla wall putty to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered ceiling surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwie described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.
