Providing and fixing 1st quality Anti-skid floor tiles for flooring and (Edge cut) tiles for daddoing in toilets & wash rooms of 10mm thick conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make like SOMANI / KAJARIA, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., Quoted rate shall be including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed.

Repairing and make it operation by using kamba wood to existing 40mm thick Panelled door including fixing necessary hardware items complete all as directed (Hardware item measured seperately)

Providing sal wood work in frames of doors, windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length etc., complete (Rate includes removal of old damaged frames and dispose the servicable material to scrap yard and unservicable material to out side the yard)

Supply and providing 4mm thick Pin-headed Glass panes to existing ventilators complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal dia Pipes CPVC pipes (concealed) for plumbing lines of approved make Supreme / Prince / Astrial including fittings and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 25 mm nominal dia Pipes CPVC pipes (concealed) for plumbing lines of approved make Supreme / Prince / Astrial including fittings and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 50 mm nominal dia Pipes CPVC pipes (concealed) for plumbing lines of approved make Supreme / Prince / Astrial including fittings and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of existing damaged RCC members / Masonry / IWC / EWC / precase shelves etc., where ever required including cutting of reinforcement bars by manually / mechanically including stacking of serviceable material and hand over to disposal section and dispose the serviceable materials within a lead of 50 mts etc., complete

Constrution of Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar (1:4) including all materials & men etc., complete

Supply, fit and fix white glazed earthenware European type water closest (EWC) of parryware or Cera make no.225/226 or other approved equivalent make with 'P' or 'S' trap with or without vent hole, colour or black solid plastic seat and cover with low level slimline polymer cistern of 10 litres capacity with anti microbial front knob of parryware make no.8090/8091 or other approved epuivalent as specified all fittings materials, tools and labour.

Providing 12mm thick CM(1:4) plastering to walls, brick work surfaces, RR wall and other patch works etc., including labour, scaffolding and material etc., complete all as directed.

Supply, fixing and glazed vitreous china Wash Basin 550X400mm Size of Parryware / Hindware make with central tap hole including supplying and fixing of C.I brackets painted with one coat of approved red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of approved synthetic enamel paints, 15mm dia Chromium plated of approved make (Parryware / Hindware) head pillar tap, 32mm dia Chromium plated heavy duty approved waste fittings, chain rubber plug etc, all as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer, including all materials, tools, plant and labour etc., complete

Disposal of debries, surplus excavated earth, wooden scrap, garbage and rubbish outside the HSL premises to private dumping yard up to 20Km lead (not to dump in HSL colony dumping area & surrounding areas) it is the responsibility of the firm to ensure no objection shall be raised by Muncipal authorities / from any bod. If any dispute arises the agency has to sort out at their own risk etc., complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of 25 mm thick PVC doors with frame & shutter for toilets and bathrooms (Sintex or equvilant make) including aluminium aldrop, towerbolt, handles and butt hinges etc., complete all as directed. (Rate includes removing the existing damaged wooden frame with shutter and making good with CM (1:4) plastering)

Cutting of existing RR wall upto 300mm dia for provision of Exhaust fan and making good with CM (1:5) including labour, material and scaffolding etc., complte all as directed.

Providing two(2) coats of synthetic enamel paint for windows and structural steel etc., (after removing the rust by using wire brush or sand paper if required) of approved brand (Asian / Berger / Nerolac) and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work including applying putty and prime coat complete all as directed

Drilling of holes of dia 16mm to 25mm by using electrically operated machine or any other equipment in existing plain or reinforced cement concrete upto a minimum depth of 100 mm and upto 200 mm deep, fixing the reinforcement in position by grouting "Lock Fix" of fosroc make or equivalent including cost of labour, tools & plant but excluding cost of reinforcement bars which will be measured under item No:45 complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick frame less beveled edge mirror of superior glass of approved quality of saint gobin / modi gaurd complete using stain less steel studs including all accessories etc., complete

Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix using 20 mm graded crushed granite aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing including all materials & labbour etc., complete all as directed.

Supply and applying Nitto bond EP of Fosroc make after thorough cleaning the concrete surfaces complete all as directed.

Supply and applying Nitto bond SBR of Fosroc make after thorough cleaning the plaster surfaces complete all as directed.

Supply and applying Nitto Zinc of Fosroc make after through cleaing the existing reinforcment complete all as directed.

Construction of RR Masonry work where ever required in CM 1:6 including cost of cement and all materials complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of premium quality arcylic Interior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete

Apply two coats of premium quality weather proofing arcylic Exterior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (apex ultima), Berger (All guard) where ever specified by Engineer after through scrapping & cleaning of old surface including necessary scaffolding etc., complete

Providing Two(2) coats of white washing with suryacem / Hitech gold to ceiling surfaces after through scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to give even shade etc., complete all as directed.

Removal of existing sanitary fittings like EWC, Wash basins, taps, Shower roses, health Faucets, Soad dishes etc., safely and installed same after completion of renovation work completed all as directed (The required sanitary material will be issued free by HSL)

Supply and fix RCC Precast Jollies of required size and design to ventilators etc., complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Female Squatting pan Urinal of make Cera / Hindware or its equivalent complete all as directed.

Supply, fix, test and commissioning of 3 phase, VTPN 8 way double door MCBDB with 100 Amps, 4 pole MCCB as main incomer and 10 A to 32 A, 10KA SP/DP MCBs as outgoings including all accessories as required and as directed. (Approved make Schneider/ Siemens/ ABB / Havells or Equivalent.)

Supply, lay on wall/ground fix and connecting up of 3.5 core X 50 Sq.mm PVC Aluminium armoured cable from Main Panel in Ground floor to sub-panels in GF & FF (Approved make Universal / Polycab / Skytone / Havells or Equivalent.)

Wiring for light points, circuits, with 2.0mm wall thick 19mm/25mm dia PVC pipe with the following size 1100V grade PVC insulated multistoried bright annealed copper conductor PVC sheathed cable of reputed make like FINOLEX or equivalent conforming to IS:694 and with latest amendments including bends, inspection boxes fixing clamps, heavy duty GI saddles/bases, cleats and all other fixing accessories as required and as specified. Partly wiring on surface to ceiling on wall running is there concealed the pipes and switch boards including chipping the wall plastering etc., * Point wiring with 3 runs of 1.5 Sqmm (one point controlled by one switch)

Supply, fix, test & commissioning of modular type switch board with 01 No. 6/16A (3+2 pin) modular socket with indicator type Switch front plate including cencealed the board chipping and plastering as directed by engineer in-charge.

Supply, fix, test and commissioning of single phase, 240V, modular type switch boards with switches & 6A 2/3 pin socket, for lights control including concelaed the box chipping plastring etc.,

Supply, fix, test & commissioning of 20W LED Tube light as directed by engineer-incharge.

Providing of earth pit with GI pipe conforming fully to IS:3043 and other IS standards as applicable complete with brick masonry chamber, plastering GI frame cover, watering funnel, GI pipe clamps ear thing etc. all as required and as specified.

Removal of all existing wiring material, items, fittings, equipment etc. and handover to SR Maintenance Dept.
