Repairs to 05 cusec end suction pump of lift irrigation scheme Novla by way of fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of new single stage steel Impeller having Dynamic head 12Mtr. The impeller should be exactly according to the sample and the weight of impeller should be approx 10Kg.The job also includes the charge for shifting of pump from site to workshop in private load carrier, then dismantling of pump at workshop with the help of skilled labour and other tools & tackles. The job involves manufacturing, providing & fitting of SS-sleeve, M.S check nut as per sample (01no each). The job also includes the charge of grease, R.I cloth, gasket, palmative packing, etc for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for p/f of new nuts & bolts of pump casing & also makes new threads in casing for easily fitment of nuts & bolts. The job also includes the charge for p/f of new TC-15 coupling set complete for the completion of work. Then shifting back pump from workshop to site in load carrier after proper repair, then re-assembling of the pumping unit at site with its allied accessories and tested on full load
