Providing painting for old teak wood joinery one coat using first class synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacture and desired shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials , brushes, sand papers, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution.

Removal of plastering from the existing wall surface and racing out joints up to 200mm deep, carefully and clearing away all the debris to low level areas around the building/site etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed during execution.

Plastering 12mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:4) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:2) with smooth finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site and all other taxes on all materials, and operational, incidental charges and all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 904) for ceilings , beams , sunshades , RCC items etc.,
