Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level: 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick ggregate 40 mm nominal size)

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- i) In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and fitting G.C.I sheet (0.63 mm thick) for walling including Vertical/curved surface fixed with galvanized steel J or L hooks 8 mm diameter, bolts and nuts with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet Washers filled with white lead and including a coat of appoved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal / Verticle or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of G.S. sheet purlins rafters & trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per direction of Engg-in-Charge.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc.including exacavation for sockets, dressing of sides where required, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1500 mm (slope-1 in 200)including getting out the excavated soil and backfilling of soil as required after laying of pipeline, in layers not exceeding 200 mm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil with all required leads as per Chapter - 2 of CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. ii) For pipes exceeding 90 mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia
