Clear water pump motor. Supply and delivery horizontal split casing centrifugal pump set capable of discharge against total head and mounted of common base plate coupled with squirrel cage induction motor operated on 415 V ±10 %, 3 phase 50 hz AC supply having speed 1480 rpm (contractor will again have to check the design of motor, pump and he will to get it approved by the department) ( pump and motor) with supply all accessories to complete pump motor set. Discharge- 443 m³/hr., Head- 90 m , 1480 rpm and MKW -180 KW (1W+1S) specification as per SOQ and specification.

Feeder cable for HSC pump from MCC to Joint box. (at CW pump house):- Supplying 1.1 KV grade 3 core 400 sq. mm XLPE insulated Al. Armoured cable specification as per SOQ and specification.

Supply delivery Sheet Steel Enclosure with four leg Cable termination Box shall be suitable for housing the following Components : The Cable Termination Box shall be FLOOR mounting, free standing, industrial pattern, dust and vermin proof, generally conforming to IP-54 ( Indoor Type ) Degree of Enclosure Protection. The Cable Termination Box shall have channels inside with Terminal arrangement & Adequate space For Cable bunching & Termination. The cable Termination Box be made of CRCA sheet steel, of thickness 2mm.Painted with Powder Coated , finish paint of Shade RSL-7032 I,n & Out Terminal Arrangement ( 3 Phase ) suitable for 400 sqmm cable termination , for each phase, 6nos Copper Bus bar of rating 400A

Feeder cable for HSC pump from Joint box. To motor (at CW pump house):-Supplying 1.1 KV grade 3 core 240 sq. mm XLPE insulated copper un Armoured cable specification as per SOQ and specification.

Cable for :- instruments. (at raw pump house):- Supplying 1.1 KV grade 8 core 0.5 sq. mm PVC insulated copper cable as per IS694 specification as per SOQ. and specification.

LT MCC ( SCADA compatable) Supply delivery installation & commissioning front access cubical type substation LT Panel consisting of different compartment of 1.6 mm thick with load bearing portion of 2mm CRCA sheet steel enclosed indoor floor mounted just and vermin proof equivalent to IP-54 degree of protection CPRI approved, epoxy planted with all neoprene gaskets, with front and rare lockable hinged door MCC with TPN electrolytic grade Tinned copper Bus bar of suitable size on FRP insulators, detachable gland plate at bottom and suitable for installation on cable trenches completes with necessary earthing protection. Above bus bars of phase should be of 800 amp capacity and that of neutral should be of 800 amp capacity. specification as per SOQ and specification. for 180KW motors.

Supply of Electro Magnetic Flow Meter full bore type ( Size: DN 300 mm dia) at common header of clear water pump specification as per SOQ of and specification.

Supply of Ultrasonic Level Transmitter (0~6 Mtrs) at WTP CWR specification as per SOQ of and specification.

Supply delivery and storage at site automatic float operated 1.1KW ,single phase, Rated current 8 Amp, cable 3 x 1 sqmm,Discharge 482-63LPM, Head 4-15 Mtr ,Mono block pump motor set with (1W+1S) all equipments , motor, pipe lines ,plug socket point and accessories as per requirement as per direction of EIC

Installation testing and commissioning of above supplied Centrifugal pumping machinery valves , pipe ,MCC, flowmeter, level transmitter making masonery/RCC pump motor/MCC based foundation as per departmental approved drawing, Pump suction ,delivery line, common header, valves, including supply and delivery at site as required of all erection materials All size Cable trey,laying of cable through trey within pump house and with 8nos brick protection when lay through under ground trench(460mm average width x 760 average depth) and lay cable from PDB to MCC through under ground trench, pump house through cable tray/ cable protection pipe as per requirement with supplying all size cable tray/ cable protection pipe, clamp for holding cable on cable tray , compression gland,cable bimetalic lugs socket, ,finishing cable end, MS short piece, Flanges, bends, CI specials, bolts & nuts, dismantling joint / mechanical joint before /after valves , gasket,rubber insertion,gland packing,grease, construction of masonery RCC thrust block as per approved drawing by EIC, construction RCC pipe support ,valve support, Supplying Insulating rubber mat, chequers plate,etc all electrical and earthing connection with motors ,pannel etc as required to make installation complete as per direction of EIC. ( Supply Design and general arrangement drawing of indivisual electromechanical items along with technical specification and whole installation general arrangement drawing for taking approval from EIC before supply and installation work) (all materials required for installation is considered, cable trey, compressor glands, connection of erarth busber with equipments others required items to be supplied at the time of installation of above pumping machineries and Painting of installation by anticorrosive primer ,paint complete. )

Supply and installation and commissioning of HOT with hoisting arrangement for 8 M lift and span- 8 mtr travel12 mtr - 5T capacity specification as per SOQ and specification.

Earthing (a) Excavation of soil for installation of earth electrode and filling and ramping (morrum soil) Detail specification as per SOQ

(b) Earthing with 65 mm dia GI Pipe (TATA medium) x 3.0 mtr. long and 1 no 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (hot dip) steel strip (4 mtr. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolts, double nuts, double washer including finishing both end by making hole etc and S&F 65 mm dia GI Pipe (ISI medium) protection (3 mtr. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and party above the ground level to an average depth of 3.65 mtr. for pump house

(c) Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented bricks work (1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

(d) Supplying & fixing Earth bus bar of galvanized (hot dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on bus bar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc as required. (for LT equipments earthing at , pump house )

(e) Extra for connecting the Earth bus bar to earth electrode including S&F 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (hot dip) steel strip on wall/floor with GI saddles and insulating the same by one layer of PVC strip over one layer of Ampere tape (for LT equipments earthing at , pump house )

(f)Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required

(g)S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. complete duly grouted on the parapet etc. in CC mortar ( 4:2:1)

Supply, delivery, of 110V – 80 AH, maintenance 3 battery of Exide make( SMF VRLA battery type no. S5U PST 80 consisting of 55 nos., 2V cell with MS moles and standard accessories in complete specification as per SOQ of NIT (B)Design, manufacture, supply, delivery, erection and commissioning of ESI make 3 phase automatic float cum boost (double rectifier) battery charger with integral DCDB suitable for 110V- 80AH, SMF VRLA battery bank strictly confirming to technical specification as per SOQ of NIT

Supply, delivery, of copper wound indoor type Power transformer with 11/0.433 KV, 400 KVA with On load tap changer all fittings and accessories as per specification including the cost of initial filling of transformer oil inclusive of all taxes (capacity decided) on the recommended loading of transformer maximum 80% etc, all complete job etc, complete as per the site requirement and as per the direction of EIC. specification as per SOQ of NIT

Supply of L.T cable’s a) For incoming feeder cable for L.T side of transformer to PDB cum MCC panel:- (2W+2S) Supplying of 1.1KV grade 400 sq. mm XLPE insulated 3.5 core Aluminum Armoured cable (2W+2S) Detail specification as per SOQ

b) For control supply from VCB to Transformer and others work :- Supplying of 1.1KV grade 1.5 sq. mm XLPE insulated 10 core copper Armoured cable Detail specification as per SOQ

c ) For substaion :- Supplying of 1.1KV grade 10 sq. mm XLPE insulated 4 core Aluminum Armoured cable Detail specification as per SOQ

HT Cables :- (a) Supply and delivery at site 11KV, grade 240 sq. mm (Unearthed), 3C, Aluminum conductor and XLPE insulated Ar. Cable for inter connection with suppliers HT VCB to consumers 3 panel HT VCB & 2 nos. consumer’s transformer (400 KVA each) Detail specification as per SOQ

(b) Supply and making indoor cable and jointing with caste resin compound, including lugs and other jointing materials for 3 core 240 sq. mm XLPE, Al. conductor of 11 KV grade as required. Detail specification as per SOQ.

Installation testing and commissioning a) of above VCB, transformer, HT cable all sub stations equipments, making laying of cable masonery/RCC based foundation, construction required cable trench as per guidlines of director of electricity as required,and laying through underground trench with brick protection at out side of building as required. HT cable joints , electrical conenctions, earthing connections with supply all erection materials, All size Cable trey,cable compression gland,cable bimetalic lugs,socket , finishing cable end ,checkers plate on through out of cable trench , LT & HT joints , ruber insulation mat minimum 4nos- @ 2sqm for each instrument as required ,laying of cable to make the installation complete as per IE rule as per direction of EIC.(all materials required for installation is considered,cable trey, compressor glands, finishing cable end, earth busbar, connection of earth busbar with equipments others required items to be supplied at the time of installation of above machineries and Priming Painting by anticorrosive paint complete.

Arrangmeent for approval by the director of electricity with required design drawing if required and statutory high pressure testing of equipment complete & as per satisfaction of inspection authortiy & EIC. As per IE rules with site testing & commissioning for 3 days run in hard arranged load.

(f)Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required

Gaseous Chlorination Supply, delivery and storage at site of wall mounted vacuum operated gaseous chlorinator, capacity 0 - 1 kg/hr with all equipment, instrument and accssories including 4 (Four) nos. 100 Kg cylinders (2W+2S) and Neutralisation Pit arrangement as per NIeT specification Make : Wallace & Tiernan (Evoqua) / Capital Control / CAPCO TC & GC to be submitted during delivery of materials. [Make and drawing to be approved from E.I.C before placement of order ]

Installation the components as described in related to gaseous chlorination system as per technical specification including supply of all erection materials, providing dosing point on the rising main by making required size of hole, clamping the dosing unit including drawing power line to booster pumps and leak detector with necessary earthing as per I.E. rules upto the satisfaction of E.I.C.

Construction of neutralization pit having size (2mtrX1.5mtr.X1.5mtr)

Supply, delivery and storage at site of Caustic Soda Flakes as per IS-252-2013 (@300 kg/site)

Supply, delivery at site of 1 no 100 Amp. T.P.N. Main switch with re-wireable Fuse system with iron frame and fixing the same on wall by supplying necessary fixing materials for receiving 3 phase power connection from Pump house along with supplying and drawing of 4 core, 25 sq mm Al. Armoured cable from 100 amp Main Switch to control panel (approx 15 mtr.) as required.

Trial Operation, maintenance and guarding Trial Operation, maintenance and guarding of the entire installation of new pump house , MCC, Centrifugal pumping stations, electrical system, , all pumps, cable ,lighting system,Sub station,electrical system, cable ,lighting system, gaseous chlorination system as per direction of EIC on 24 hrs basis including guarding from the date of Commissioning including supplying of sundries,log book, lubricants as required as per direction of EIC (by engaging 4 nos staff)
