RequiredTurnover-To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period. i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26. Achieved in at least TWO financial years an average annual financial turnover in all Class of Civil Engineering Construction Works only of Rs. 5.69 Lakhs with Valid Financial turnover from CA with UDIN.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Banker Details

A copy of the valid Registration certificate of KPWD Class IV and Above contractor, with Valid labour license.

The Earnest money deposit (EMD) in E cash.

Copy of Valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate.

Copy of Valid GST Registration Certificate. The amount put to tender is Exclusive of GST and the tenderer should quote Without GST. However, GST will be paid at Prevailing rate during billing. The increase in GST shall not be paid in extended period of contract for which reasons for delay are attributable to the contractor as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period ie 2021-22 2022-23 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26 Achieved in at least TWO financial years an average annual financial turnover (in all Class of Civil Engineering Construction Works only) of Rs 5.69 Lakhs. (Usually not less than the estimated annual payment under this contract) (Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10 percent year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited). The Turnover certificate issued by registered chartered Accountants along with UDIN.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as Assessed available tender capacity is A x N x 2.5 - B where A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years at 2026-27 price level updated to the financial year, N is equal to 1 year, and B is Value, at 2026-27 price level (updated to the financial year in which the tender is invited) of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 1 year (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited).

ESI registration certificate.

The agency should make their own arrangements for providing accommodation & conveyance to location, for their labor.

The agency shall also be responsible and fulfill all statutory obligations under the statutory provisions such as PF etc, in respect of their personnel engaged under the contract.

The agency shall engage the labor who is having their Aadhar card & bank account with IFSC code as per the statutory requirement of EPFO.

The contractor shall comply with all relevant acts, rules by-laws, regulations and all other statutory requirements of local or other authorities, jurisdiction having over the areas and shall be responsible for the payment of all fees and other charges and giving & receiving of all necessary notices and keep the department informed of the said compliance with such acts, rules bylaws, regulations, statutory requirements, payments made notice issued and received.

The agency shall provide replacement for the labor, in event of his sickness absence or availing leave, National holidays, weekly off and his provision is provided in the scope of contract.

Tenderer shall abide by the provisions of Employees provident fund act & nor their own enroll eligible employees working with them and remit the PF contribution to the authorities regularly and submit the proof of remittance.

The contract shall not grant any claims to the labor engaged by the contractor any time at a future date.

The contract shall not grant any claims to the labor engaged by then contractor for any appointment in the department either during the currency of contractor any time at a future date.

The rate quoted by the contractor for every month of successful completion of Man power as in Bill of Quantities will be released at the end of every month on submission of bill by the contractor.

Clause 33 payment: same clause -33 read as para maintained in the as per G.O:FD 678 Exp-1/23 Bangalore Dated: 06.06.2025 (Latest Modification).

The bill shall be raised in the name of Krishna Bhagya Jala Nigam Limited and submitted to Executive Engineer KBJNL MLI Div-01 Mattihal

Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

If any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good.

The amount put to tender is Exclusive of GST and the tenderer should quote Without GST. However, GST will be paid at Prevailing rate during billing. The increase in GST shall not be paid in extended period of contract for which reasons for delay are attributable to the contractor as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time.

As the tender pertaining to AME nature, continuous man power being deputed at the site of work, the payment of such man power to be paid for the period of 12 months.

The contract shall not grant any claims to the labor engaged by the contractor for any appointment in the department either during the currency of contractor any time at a future date.

All negative tenders will be rejected , quotes cannot be lower than the tendered amount.
