Surface excavation to required camber and gradient not exceeding 30 cms deep and averaging 15cms deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches for foundations, laying of pipes, cables and manholes in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.50 metres wide and but exc 1.50 metres deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavatrd soils not exceeding 50 metres and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5o metres above the starting point.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing bitumenous road n. exc. 15 cms thickness by mechanical means and removing the debris to a distance exceeding 250 metres but not exceeding 500 metres complete all as specified and directed.

Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, all as specified.

100 mm thick plain cement concrete M-7.5 (Nominal mix), Type D-2 (using 40mm graded brick aggregate) as in sub base filling all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be.

HDPE Polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sq. m all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels upto 1.50 metres clear span, steps, seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts, filling in mild steel frames etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified.

Precast cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in window or door cills, lintels, landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), all as specified. Note for Serial Item No 10 & 11:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, type C-2 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished channel or drain 30 cm and over inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, moulds, stopped ends etc., all as specified.

Bricks, old size sub class B, laid on edge, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 (01 cement : 06 sand) and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 (01 cement : 03 sand) in floors, complete all as specified.

Bricks, old size sub class B, laid flat, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 (01 cement : 06 sand) and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 (01 cement : 03 sand) in floors, complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Reinforced concrete pipes, 300 mm bore, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches, complete all as specified. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid under respective Items of BOQ.

Plain quality concrete work in pavement/ hard standing of flexural strength 40 kg/ per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 10 cms, complete all as specified. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall be inclussive steel formwork required.

Plain quality concrete work in pavement/ hard standing of flexural strength 45 kg/ per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre or as per design mix whichever is higher using non circular synthetic polyster triangular fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement, thickness of concrete 15 cms, complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Unit rate quoted shall be inclussive steel formwork required. (ii) Polyster triangular fibre shall be measured and paid as "Supply only" under respective Items of BOQ.

Add/ deduct to Serial Item No 19&20 if extra/ less KG of cement is used, complete all as specified.

Supply only polyster triangular fibres, complete all as specified.

Finishing surfaces of concrete roads, pavements by brooming or making impressions by expanded metal whilst concrete is green, complete all as specified.

Marking lines, dashes, arrows etc of width 10 cms on black top/ concrete surfaces of road using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint 2.5 mm thick (white/ gold, yellow) mixed with radium glass beads @ 250gm/ Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approx temp being 200°C at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign material complete all as per all as per MOST clause 803.4 and BS 6068 and as directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, thickness of slab 15 cms, complete all as specified.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joint 65mm deep x 10mm wide as the work proceeds in alternative ways and filled with sealing compound grade 'A' after priming with primer for grade 'A' sealing compound , complete all as specified.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide as the work proceeds in alternative ways and filled with sealing compound grade 'A' after priming with primer for grade 'A' sealing compound , complete all as specified.
