Installation of 33KV 10MVAR Capacitor Bank including Construction of associated Capacitor Bank Bay alongwith other associated Works at 132KV Sub Station Farid Pur, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer as per Site Requirement and Details below : (1) Supply of Bolted type Single Tension Fitting Assembly, suitable for Single ACSR Panther Conductor & 33KV Disc Insulator String comprising of 10 No. 70 KN Disc Insulators, complete with Hardware Fittings, D-Shackle, Socket Eye, Ball Hook, Tension Clamp etc., as per Sample.
(2) Supply of PG Clamp duly Made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for ACSR Moose to ACSR Panther Conductor, Complete with 4 No. 16×90 mm size HDG Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Drawing / Sample.
(3) Supply of PG Clamp duly Made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for ACSR Panther to ACSR Panther Conductor, Complete with 3 No. 16×75 mm size HDG Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Drawing / Sample.
(4) Supply of 33KV Post Insulator Clamp duly Made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for 33KV Post Insulator & Single ACSR Panther Conductor, Complete with G.I. Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Drawing / Sample.
(5) Erection of Main & Auxiliary Lattice type Structures including their Shifting from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site.
(6) Stringing of 33KV Aux. Main Bus Bar with Single ACSR Panther Conductor for Capacitor Bank including Hoisting of Disc Insulator Tension String with associated Tension Fitting alongwith Shifting of the Conductors, Tension Fittings, Clamps etc. from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site. (1 Job for each Phase of the Bus Bar)
(7) Erection of Following Equipments including Shifting from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site : (a) Capacitor Bank Units with associated Structure and Inter Connection of Unit Cells as per Drawing
(b) 33KV V.C.B.
(c) 33KV 3f Bus Isolator with associated P.I. & without Earth Blade
(d) 33KV 3f Line Isolator with associated P.I. & with Earth Blade
(e) 33KV 3f P.T.
(f) 33KV 1f C.T.
(g) 33KV 1f N.C.T.
(h) 33KV 1f Series Reactor
(i) 33KV C.T. Junction Box
(j) 33KV P.T. Junction Box
(k) Capacitor Bank Control & Relay Panel
(8) Interconnection & Jumpering of various Equipments with Single ACSR Panther Conductors in Capacitor Bank Bay to Connect Bus / Line Isolators, C.B., CTs., Capacitor Units, Series Reactors, NCTs etc. with the help of suitable Clamps / Connectors including, Cutting, Bending, Shaping etc. of the Conductor as per Site Requirement alongwith Shifting of Required Materials from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site.
(9) Laying of Following sizes Control Cables in Cable Trenches from Capacitor Bank Control & Relay Panel in Control Room to various Equipments, Junctions Boxes etc. in Switchyard as per Cable Schedule including its Saddling with 25×3 mm size Aluminium Saddle at every 750 mm Distance alongwith Shifting of Control Cables in Drums from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site and Shifting Back the Balance Cables & Drums to Stores at the Sub Station : (a) 2C x 2.5 mm2
(b) 4C x 2.5 mm2
(c) 6C x 2.5 mm2
(10) Inter-connection & Termination of above Laid Control Cables between Capacitor Bank C&R Panel in Control Room to various Equipments, Junctions Boxes etc. in Switchyard as per Cable Schedule including Making necessary Holes in Gland Plates or Boxes wherever Required alongwith Supply & Fixing of Cable Glands of Appropriate Sizes & Providing of Ferrules for each Core of the Cables and its Termination with Crimping type Copper Lugs including Preparation of Inter-connection Drawing and Commissioning of the Capacitor Banks in Co-ordination with T&C Wing alongwith Providing of 2 Sets of Hard Copies of as Executed Inter-connection Drawing.
(11) Cutting, Bending, Straightening & Laying 500 - 700 mm below inside the Ground & above the Ground of M.S. Flats to be Provided by the Department as per Requirement for Earthing of Main & Aux. Structures, Equipments, C&R Panels, Junction Boxes, Cable Trenches etc. including Welding, Drilling etc. alongwith Painting of Earthing Strips with 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer & 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when 1st Coat of Paint is Done & Checked by concerned J.E. / S.D.O.) of 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint as per Details below : (a) Earthing of Main & Auxiliary Structures and Equipments in Capacitor Bank Bays in Switchyard with 50×6 mm size M.S. Flat including Painting of Earthing Strips above Ground Level in Green Colour.
(b) Earthing of 33KV Control & Relay Panel of each Capacitor Bank at 2 Points of each Panel with 50×6 mm / 25×5 mm size M.S. Flat including Painting of Earthing Strips in Green Colour. (1 Job per Point)
(c) Earthing of Cable Trench in Capacitor Bank Bays with 25 × 5 mm size M.S. Flat including Painting of Earthing Strips in Black Colour.
