Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.(Item is operated for Horizontal gantry)

Supplying at site :

R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

Labour charges for orienting and fixing assembly of 8 nos 32 mm dia anchor bolts in each of the 4 legs /pedastals of tower with the help of template, base plate and other base arrangements . A total of 32 numbers anchor bolts shall be oriented and fixed for each tower as per drawings of Genetic requirements No GR TWR- 12/01 June 2005. Rate includes cost of necessary scaffolding arrangement etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer -in-charge

Making and supplying at site, anchor bolts for fixing base of tower, manufactured from EN 8 Steel and of 32mm dia mild steel bar of required length conforming to IS:2062, threaded at top upto 150mm length and welded with lugs made from 100x100x10mm thick mild steel plate at 50mm from bottom including suitable hexagonal nuts 2 nos. (Nuts & Check nuts) and MS spring washer etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Erection of 40 mtrs height Ground based structural Steel Tower as per approved Genetic requirements No.GR TWR-12/01 June 2005 with all its necessary components Viz climbing ladder, platforms with railing and fixing with bolts, nuts, plain and spring washers. Cost includes necessary welding and alteration of any mismatching holes to the members wherever required complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge (NOTE: Rate includes cost of all operations involved in hoisting and erection of tower including hire and labour charges of tolls, plants and machineries all insurance, safety measures , offering and making necessary arrangements for acceptance testing, all incidental charges etc. all complete ) Tower material shall be supplied by department at site at no cost. (Weight about 8.30 MT) Insurance document for labour deployed shall be submitted along with the bill, failing which recovery of Rs.10000/- will be deducted from the bill

Applying priming coat with one coat of ready mixed Red oxide Zinc Chromate primer or equivalent of approved brand and manufacture for 40m tower (weight about 8.30MT)

Applying priming coat with one coat of Etch primer (BISON wash primer or equivalent) approved brand and manufacture for 40m tower (weight about 8.30MT).

Painting with High gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for 40m tower (weight about 8.30MT). a) Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fabrication to required sizes of Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in build up sections, trusses and framed work, consisting of Angles, Flats, Plates and tubes including galvanisation, nuts & bolts per approved drawing. The galvanizing shall be as per IS: 4759 with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gm/sqm (approximately 85 micron). The steel sections shall be of M.S.grade 'A' as per IS: 2062. Cost of galvanization is inclusive. The payment shall be made as per the standard structural steel tables for the bare steel sectional weights. All complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Item is operated for any missing tower members including nuts and bolts of grade 5.6 or higher grade all as specified in the tower drawing with plain & spring washer as directed by Engineer in charge)

Extra for galvanising (of thickness not less than 120 microns) on M.S angles , flats, gussets plates, bolts, nuts and other fasteners etc., complete as per the tower drawing and as per directions of Engineer in charge.( Item is operated for Gantry etc. )

Mechanical transportation of dismantled 40 m GBT tower members comprising Galvanised Structural steel Tubes, MS angles , flats , plates, pipes nuts & bolts etc. of varying sizes and lengths and BTS shelter materials from stores at TE compound, NACHARAM to Nagaram NBSNL_HD5597 site (approx. distance is about 105 Km.). The entire lot of tower members shall be transported in a single lot . The Job includes cost of collection of all members with required lead, loading and unloading and stacking/depositing the tower members at the PROPOSED site of erection i.e. Nagaram _NBSNL_HD5597 BTS site including all incidental charges etc. All complete, as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing anchor fasteners (expansion fasteners) of approved quality including drilling holes in RCC and fixing complete

Providing and laying of 2.00 mm thick Antistatic polyvinyl chloride sheet of approved brand TUSKER or equivalent on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives (viz. Dunlop 8753 or equivalent) including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete including providing 40 mm wide copper strip fixed to floors with rivets / nails where ever required as per manufacture specifications. The copper strip shall be provided along the periphery of the room leaving 200mm border and under all pvc sheet joints. The copper strip shall be exposed at required locations. The rate includes all materials specified above.

Assembling/Erection of BTS shelter of size 3.13X2.14X2.75 m including jointing the panels with pop up rivets, injecting the silicon sealant at panel joints and fixing to the bottom runners with SS nuts. Cost includes all labour charges , materials like Silicon sealant, pop up rivets and ss nuts & bolts of size M6X75mm etc. all complete.
