Providing and fixing 19mm thick water proof plywood of approved brand and manufacture in counters, partitions, shelves, racks, drawers, almirah, cup boards etc. with necessary screws etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing chromium plated brass handles with necessary screws etc. complete:

Providing and fixing special quality chromium plated brass cupboard locks with six levers of approved quality including necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood lipping/ moulded beading or taj beading of size 18X5 mm fixed with wooden adhesive of approved quality and screws/ nails on the edges of the Pre-laminated particle board as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing powder coated telescopic drawer channels 300 mm long with necessary screws etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality.

1.0 mm thick.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

Old work (one or more coats)

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections recieved from dismantling of existing partions (Including cutting the Aluminium section to the required size), fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. [ (Note 1:Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately).( Note2: Rates including Aluminium cleat angle & screws ect.)]

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll,

Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

Fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board recieved from dismantling of existing partitions in panelling (Including cutting the prelaminated particle board to the required size) fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Fixing glazing with float glass panes received from dismantling of existing partition in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. ( including Cutting the glass to the required size) with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . [ (Note1: Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item). (Note2: Rates including PDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. ) ]
