Up- keeping work of jdvvl Rest house at Jodhpur which includes maintenance and running of rest house of the jdvvnl jodhpur having 13 nos. rooms, 02 nos. dormitory, 01 no. common toiet, back hall. The maintenance should be done as per following caution, terms & conditions, scope and job: Scope of work 1.Cleaning Services:- Day to Day Cleaning of jdvvnl Rest House at jodhpur and it's permisses roads, Garden, Open space, back side of building, stair case, hall, Varandah and roof of buildings completing above activities part time up to 09.00 am with the cost of toiletries & floor cleaner with required T&P. The odonil or equivalent be made aviailable in every toilets at all the time, minimum 4 nos. naphtalene balls should be put to use in every urinal & wash basin as well as cleaning of chamber & manholes as and when required. 2.Cooking Services:- Providing servides of sincere and obedient persons well experience in cooking is to be made available for providing, bed tea Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea and Dinner etc. between period from 6. Hrs. To 22 Hrs at Rest House, jodhpur including clearing to all kitchen utensils etc., properly & regularly. 3.Attendant Cum Watchman Servives:Up Keeping of jdvvnl Rest house at Jodhpur which includes day to day cleaning of 13 nos. rooms 02 nos. dormitory, 01 no. common toiet, back hall, store etc. along with cleaning of furniture's, toilets regular cleaning of bed sheets, blankets, palmets, doormates, sofa covers etc. at his own cost & other activties like providing Services for bed tea, breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner etc. between peroid fro 6.00 hrs. to 22 hrs. or whenever asked by the visitors at rest house for which two attended is required for all the time for providing the room servises for watch and ward of the meterieal dry cleaning/washing charged regularly after cleaning for every new visitors. The work shall be performed as the term & conditions enclosed.of attendant cum watchman round the clock for cleaning and house keeping of rooms/Hall/Lobbies Verandah etc. including providing room services for visitors at Rest House, Jodhpur. NOTE (1) The Contrract should have minimum 5 year of experience of Up-Keping of any Government Rest House. (2) Other conditions regarding above work are as per annexture. TERMS AND CONDITIONS :-1. If the services were not fuond satisfactory at any time during the period of agreement, an interim compensation will be imposed equal to one and half time on prorata quoted by the contractor. 2. The age of the persons engaged should not be less then 14 years. 3.If the services of the contractor are not found satisfactory, the Nigam may terminate the contractor aftrer issuing seven day's notic. 4. The contract may be extended further up to 12 months if deemed proper by the Nigam. 5. The rates should be quoted for each job per month considering scope of work and terms and conditions. 6.
