Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, jambs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone masonry walls including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations or mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.)

S&F mild steel framed work as in manhole cover frames conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid in panels, finish the top surfaces even and smooth complete including filling the joints with mastic compound all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 450mm bore dia, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed with thickness of bed below the barrel of pipe as 150mm and width of bed as 750mm to drain pipes of 450mm internal dia including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed.
