Supply Portion

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 250 Kva Silent DG Set, diesel engine, radiator cooled with Turbocharger, suitable for 415V, 0.8pf, 3 phase, 50 Hz, suitable to generate 310 BHP @ 1500 RPM along with silencer,DG Set controller with in-built remote monitoring system, complete with all standard accessories, anti-vibration pad, MCCB, regulator through AVR and protective function

SITC of Outdoor, cubical type AMF Panel with bypass arrangement i/c necessary assesories, controls, protection, alarm system, battery charger, VMR, internal wiring with making inter-connection with sutable rating XLPE cable, cable glands and lugs etc.

Supply of 50x3 copper strip.

Supply of 50x3 GI Strip.

Supplying & Laying of XPLE Aluminium armoured power cable (LT cable)-Size- 3.5c x 185 sq mm with end-termination using suitable size lugs,gland and other required items.

Supply & lying of 10 C x 2.5 sq mm Coper Armoured XLPE (FRLS) Cable for DG Automation

Supplying and laying of 120 mm dia DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply of 400 Amp manual changeover switch

Supply and fixing of exhaust gas pipe of 6 inches dia. Welded black M.S. 'B' class pipe confirming to IS :3589 cut to required lengths and install with necessary bends, support and clamp, anti vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool/Rockwool, 50 mm thick wire mesh and Aluminum cladding etc, as per required.

Service

Supply & fixing of copper earthing comprising of 600x600x6 mm thick, 50mm dia copper plate, medium class GI pipe for watering ( Depth - 3.3 meter ) GI funnel with stainless steel wire mesh strainer, concrete watering chamber, steel higned door on a steel frame to cover the watering pit, wih salt and charcol and connecting earthing connection complete.

Installation, Commissioning & alignment of newly supplied DG Set and AMF Panel including shaping , aying of copper/ GI strip, Power cable ,control cable underground/on the cable tray/ in cement concrete trench, , installation of auxiliaries etc. in accordance with the technical specifications, drawings, site specific requirements complete in all respects in accordance with the bid document.

Supply and fixing of GI Plate earthing station comprising of 600x600x6 mm thick, 50 mm dia GI Plate, medium class GI pipe for watering ( Depth - 3.3 meter ) GI funnel with stainless steel wire mesh strainer, concrete watering chamber, steel higned door on a steel frame to cover the watering pit, wih salt and charcol and connecting earthing connection complete.

Installation, Commissioning & alignment of newly supplied DG Set and AMF Panel including shaping , aying of copper/ GI strip, Power cable ,control cable underground/on the cable tray/ in cement concrete trench, , installation of auxiliaries etc. in accordance with the technical specifications, drawings, site specific requirements complete in all respects in accordance with the bid document.

Straightening, shaping, laying underground/laying on a cable tray/laying in cement concrete trench the following GI strips. The work inclusive of providing clambing with the tray/on the side of trench, making joints wherever reqired and providing necessary hardware and termination to the equipment/earthing station.

Making DG Set foundation using 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand with steel reinforcement including cost of centering and shuttering.

Removal & shifting of existing 56kW and 25 kW DG Set from foundation, including removal of power cable, earth connection, exhuast pipe etc.

Dismentling foundation of 56kW DG Set and disposal of malba on place designated by user.
