SUBHEAD-I :CIVIL WORKS:

Supply of good earth of approved quality obtained from outside MD land filling in layers not exceeding 20cms thick at all heights and depths in foundations, pits, trenches, sewer lines around structures and foundation under floors other places including dressing and levelling watering, consolidation etc., complete.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

a) Lift upto 1.5 Mtr. In all kinds of soil excavation (including 50m lead stacking)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified.

a) Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :

a) Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc with Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8(1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in levelling courses under foundations, pipe lines, pits, under floors etc., complete at all levels and locations as directed.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) in string and lacing courses, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, window cills etc.at all levels and locations etc., complete all as shown in drawings and as directed.

Providing and laying plinth protection with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6, ( 1 cement, 3 coarse sand 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm thick brick ballast of 40mm nominal size well rammed,consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth with additional cement mortar 1:4, a floating coat of neat cement finish and filling the construction joints with sand and bitumen etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7 kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil including extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete (per 50kg cement) work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification. cement

Providing Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in CM 1:6(1 cement :6 coarse sand) at all depths etc complete.

Providing brick masonry with bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement: 6 coarse sand) in superstructure at all levels and locations etc., complete all as per drawing and specifications.

Providing brick work of half brick thickness using 7.5 Grade bricks in CM 1:4 in walls at all heights as per specification Including scaffolding curing and providing 2 Nos of 6 mm dia MS round Bars on every third course etc., Complete.

6mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) at all levels and locations for all concrete surfaces of columns, beams,walls, and slabs finished smooth and even etc., complete.

15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement: 6 fine sand) on internal surfaces of walls finished smooth and even etc., complete at all levels and locations.

18mm thick cement plastering on external surfaces of brick or concrete surfaces in two layers consisting of 6mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) top coat mixed with integral water proofing compound over a base coat 12mm thick cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), finished sand face etc., complete at all levels and locations.

Plastering in sunken area slabs/ R C walls in cm 1:3, 12mm thick with water proofing compound of approved make and as per manufacturer's instructions including making slope towards spout pipe at all levels etc., complete as directed.

Providing and applying distempering with oil bound distemper of approved brand on new work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer and manufacture to give an even shade etc.,complete as directed.

Providing extra over items no. 25) for and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and finishing external wall with exterior anti-fungus painting of Asian make Apex or approved equivalent for new work with two or more coats over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint primer to plastered surfaces including its preparation etc., complete all as per manufacturer's specification.

Providing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade over a coat of primer including preparation of surface and applying approved brand putty on following surfaces at all levels and locations etc., complete.

I) Steel surfaces with zinc chromate primer.

II) Wooden surfaces

Supplying and laying approved make and shade anti skid ceramic tile of thickness upto 6mm and size 300x300mm for flooring laid on 20nn thick cement mortar of 1:4, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm, including curing and pointings with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing with approved make not less than 6mm thick glazed ceramic tiles of size not less than 300x 400mm of approved shade and make over and including 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with white cement mixed with matching pigment in dado etc., complete all as directed.

Supplying and laying ceramic tiles of approved make and colour of size not less than 400x400mm laid on 20nn thick cement mortar of 1:4, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm, including curing and pointings with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer.

Same as above in skirting 100mm high over a cement mortar 1:3, 10mm thick etc.,complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 , of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick granite of any colour and shade with area of slab upto 0.50 sqm.gang saw cut, mirror polished granite area of slab over 0.50 Sqm, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Extra for providing opening of required size & shape for wash basin/ kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counter and similar location in marble/ granite/ stone work, including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including moulding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick granite stone counters, vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing at site ,Patch fitting doors with 10mm thick clear toughened glass fixed onto S.S.Patch fittings, with floor springs & all requisite hatrdware such as handles, lock etc, (all of DORMA /OZONE OR equivalent make).

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed echanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately).The gap between the aluminium member and the masonary should be filled with approved sealant etc, complete.

a) For fixed portion with powder coated Aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

b) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket required including fittings like handles , locking arrangement etc., with powder coated Aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc., with EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket etc.,complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item).

a) With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness of Saint Gobin or equivalent.

b) With float glass panels of 6mm thickness of Saint Gobin or equivalent.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring with brass cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frame of size 105x60mm single rebate, manufactured from cold rolled mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thick in frames including hinges jamb, lock jamb bead, base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb including steel butt hinges, 2.5mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike plate and shock absorber as specified, filling with cement concrete 1:5:10(1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 12mm nominal size) complete with a shop coat of primer after pre treatment of surface etc., complete all as specified(AGEW or approved equivalent make).

ii) same as above Item no, 51) Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos. of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter of 30mm thickness consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture . M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner

side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer’s specification & drawing.

Providing and fixing of sliding UPVC window with Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of (small series) frame 92 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm).the colour of the profile shall be of natural (white ) colour. The profiles used for the outer frame, shutter and mullions shall be reinforced with 1.2mm galvanized iron steel. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, includingdrilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc.After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finishedwall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backerrod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), , uPVC extruded glazing beads ofappropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick flush door shutters, with commercial play on the both side of KUTTY or approved equivalent make, core of block board construction with frame of first class hard wood including providing and fixing internal lipping with second class teak wood battens 25mm minimum depth on all edges of shutter etc.,complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Providing and fixing the following hardware fittings of approved make.

a) ISI marked oxidised MS pressed butt hinges with necessary screws etc., complete.

i) 100x58x1.9 mm

ii) 125x65x2.12mm

b) Aluminium handles, powder coated, ISI marked to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc., complete.

i) 125mm long handles.

d) Powder coated ISI marked tower bolt to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc., complete.for following sizes.

h) Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm) with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, ( for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance > 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm ) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm

suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised @80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T sections used in false ceiling support system shall be prepainted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the EIC

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as requried for treatrment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc., consisting of following operations.

Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixture with proprietory water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment.

Laying cement concrete using broken bricks/brick bats 25mm to 100mm size with 50% cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 course sand) admixture with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.

After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645.

Finishing the surfaces with 20mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4(1 cement 4 coarse sand ) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound to IS 2645 and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making of 300x 300 mm square.

The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer in charg, with average thickness of 120mm and min thickness at khurra 65mm (Service guarantee shall be given for a period of 5 years from the date of completion. Any defects noticed during this period shall be rectified immediately at the risk and cost of contractor. Plan area only shall be measured for payment)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet (1 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²) roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead :

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

i) Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer -in -charge.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar 1:6 manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors of 10mm to 25mm thickness and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :

a) Of area 3 sq. metres and below

b) Of area beyond 3 sq. metres

Dismantling G.I. pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

a) 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Credit for the serviceble material obtained from the above items

Removing the all kinds of Sanitary fittings like EWC, Urinals, wash hand basins including stacking of items within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Supplying and fixing European Water closet with cistern set comprising of:- a) White vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40 mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. b) 15mm CP brass stop angle cock fixed between GI and PVC inlet c) 15mm heavy quality flexible PVC inlet connection with CP brass hexagonal check nuts with washer at both ends.

Providing and fixing with vitreous of FLAT BACK LARGE HINDWARE CAT NO. 60002 or equivalent make urinals with fittings, CI brackets of standard size, CP brass flush pipe and spreader with union and clips CP brass wash coupling 40mm dia PVC waste pipe painting of brackets including providing and fixing of CP brass angle valve for flushing, cutting and making good the walls floors whererequired.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality & approved make C P toilet paper roll holder with necessary C P brass screws and washers fixed to wall etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing in position best quality & approved make C P soap container necessary including C P screws and washers fixed to wall etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in position cast iron Nahani traps with CP grating including connection with CI waste pipe including 150mm dia thick CC 1:2:4, for embedding the trap, plastering curing etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of CP Health faucet of Jaquar make CAT NO.573 or equivalent make with 8mm dia and flexible tube wall hook, and angular stop cock etc., complete.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning; uPVC(SWR) pipe (Type-B) as per IS : 13592/1992 including specials of best quality and approved make fixed to wall/floor including chasing, cutting, making the hole in walls/floors, cutting the pipes to the required size of length jointing the pipes and specials with suitable resin and testing etc.,complete all as specified and directed. (Specials at junctions must have access doors wherever required.)

Supplying laying jointing testing and commisioning best quality and approved make glazed stone ware pipesof Grade 'A' with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:1 (1cement : 1 fine sand ) including necesary joints if any etc,complete all as specified and directed.

FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Wiring for call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Providing maintenance free Earth station with consisting of 40mm dia pipe standard length (as per equipment supplier) electrode capsule, filled with earth enhancing compound, seald at both ends and brazed lead for connection at one end, suitable for direct installation at site, at a depth of 2.5mtrs.Earth enhancement compound upto a depth of 2.0meters arround the electrode capsule.Brick chamber & CI Cover complete.

Supplying and drawing co-axial TV cable RG-6 grade, 0.7 mm solid copper conductor PE insulated, shielded with fine tinned copper braid and protected with PVC sheath in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 volts, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 amps tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB’s (but without MCB’s and incomer ) as required .
