The registered tours and travels agency/firm must submit documents specifically the Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts and balance sheets certified by an auditor for the financial years 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25

GST details of the registered tours and travels agency/firm:Attach copies of the GST registration certificate and theGST return filing documents for the month of June 2026.

Attach copies of the vehicle registration number, RC book,valid insurance, and emission test documents

Attaching a copy of the driver's valid driving license along with the vehicle documents

Submission of a notarized declaration on e-stamp paper stating that the Tours and Travels agency has not been blacklisted by any government, semi-government, or public sector undertaking (as of the date following the tender notification).

Documentation proving that the Tours and Travels agency owns two vehicles

Details regarding the provision of vehicles to any government/semi-government or public sector undertakings during the three years 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25 along with a certified copy of the service certificate obtained from the office.

Commercial/Industrial trade license.

No-Dues Certificate obtained from the Police Department (issued after the date of the tender notification)

Copy of vehicle permit obtained from the competent authority and copy of B Register Extract (RTO)
