CONSTRUCTION OF TEMPORARY SHED Construction of temporary shed with 0.30 m high earth filled plinth and floor,bhaluka bamboo posts 75 mm to 100 mm dia driven 75 cm below ground and 2.75 cm above plinth with wattle split jati bamboo walling tied with 3 lines of half bamboo (jati) double kamiee with mud plastered and white washing two coats in both faces 10 cm thick sungrass thatching over kamies, roof framing with whole bamboo ruwa fitted with post plates, purlins etc. tied with galvanized wire/ coir string including providing single dharamat jhap door and window complete as directed.

Construction of Head Works Dismaentling brick work/ C.C. work as required including carrying and stacking in measurable stacks at suitable places complete as directed.

Dismentalling of R.C.C. works as required of the structure including carrying to suitable place and stacking in measurable stacks including dewatering where necessary etc. complete as directed.

Cutting jungles and trees upto 50 cm girth including uprooting roots and stumps and removing them from site of work etc, complete as directed.

I Preparing / making level the ground surface for layout of Headwork / structures for fixing the required axis line by cutting the high land and filling and levelling the low land where necessary etc, complete as directed.

Earthwork in excavation in foundation of structures bymeans of Hydraulic Excavator in all soils including mud,silt, sandy clay from the river bed, etc, including clearing the side, dressing, etc. and removing the earth by loading to dumpers for further carriage to a safedistance, complete as directed. (0.30 CuM bucket)

Earthwork in excavation and removal of swelled up earth mixed with silt and slurry due to sand, bailing out water in foundation trenches upto required level including shuttering, shoring, dewatering by means of pump set etc. removing the spoils to a safer distance etc, complete as directed.

Carriage of excavated earth by dumpers with a lead upto 2 KM unloading to a safe place as directed including spreading, dressing etc, complete as directed.

Cement Concrete work in proportion 1: 3: 6 with aggregate of size 13mm to 38 mm free from dust and dirt and other foreign materials including roding (vibrating), bailing out wate where necessary and carrying with supplying all materials complete as directed. (Without shuttering) (Temporary arrangement for obtaining clear water should be made at site.) (B) Hard river broken stone 13 mm to 38 mm size

Cement Concrete work in proportion 1: 4: 8 with aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm free from dust and dirt and other foreign materials including roding (vibrating), bailing out wate where necessary and carrying with supplying all materials complete as directed. (Without shuttering) (Temporary arrangement for obtaining clear water should be made at site.)

Collection and supply of sand mixed gravel contains 40% of sand and 60% of river gravel of size 13 mm to 38 mm free from all foreign materials including carriage from quarry to the work site loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks as directed by the department (Including paying of forest royalty and sales tax etc.)

Supply and carriage to the site of hard broken stone (filter bajri) of size 6 mm to 20 mm from blasted boulder free from dust and dirt and foreign materials including stacking at quarry site, complete as directed.

Labour charges for spreading hard river shingles / sandgravels to required thickness over approach subway etc.including ramming, dressing the seat before laying thematerials lead upto 30 M and lift 1.50 M, complete asdirected.

Vibrating in CC / RCC work with vibrator including local carriage of vibrator etc. complete as directed.

Providing weep holes with 50 mm dia GI pipes of required length and depth fitted with vertical nonreturn valve (50 mm) of brass inside including cost ofmaking filter of size 0.6 M x 0.6 M x 0.6 M fitted withgraded filter media at back side and covering the backside with MS wire netting in the abutment, face wallwall of Head Work including shuttering for providingspace at the time of casting cement concrete including supplying fitting bend, nipple, etc, complete as directed.

12 mm cement plastering including clearing surface andcuring, complete as directed.

Supplying and mixing rapidite in concrete works below ground water level where necessary etc. complete asdirected.

Collection and supply of one man size 23 to 30 cm hard river boulder including loading, unloading, stacking in measurable stacks at work site paying forest royalty etc. complete as directed. [Average distance considered 25 Km]

Labour charge for pitching with one man size boulder including dressing and ramming the seat to proper size and slope, pitching etc. with local carriage of bouldersfrom a distance of 60 M with lift upto 3 M, complete as directed.

Supply and carriage of hard river gravel of size 13mm to 38 mm including carrying to work site and stacking in measurable stakes etc within a radius of 51 km including loading and unloading and paying of necessary forest royalty etc, complete.

Labour charge for spreading of hard river gravel or broken stone of size 13 mm to 38 mm to the required thickness including dressing and ramming the seat before laying the materials as directed with a lead upto 30 M and lift upto 1.5 M, complete as directed.

Earthwork in filling in all soils in plinth, canal embankment and bed filling as per design section and grade by truck carriage for a minimum distance of 4 KM including paying compensation of earth obtained from private land if any loading, unloading, spreading the same including light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps etc. from the seat of the embankment, breaking clods not more than 10 mm cube, ramming, profiling etc. with all lift, complete as directed. (Payment will be made after deduction of 12.50 % shrinkage allowance from the gross quantity).

Earthwork in filling in all soils in plinth, canal embankment and bed filling as per design section and grade by truck carriage for a minimum distance of 4 KM including paying compensation of earth obtained from private land if any loading, unloading, spreading the same including light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps etc. from the seat of the embankment, breaking clods not more than 10 mm cube, ramming, profiling etc. with all lift, complete as directed. (Payment will be made after deduction of 12.50 % shrinkage allowance from the gross quantity).

Construction of Guide Bund Earthwork in all soils in canal embankment & bed filling as per designed section and grade by truck carriage for a minimum distance of 4 KM including paying compensation of earthobtained from private, if any, loading, unloading spreading the same in embankment in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including clearing light jungles, removing trees upto 15 cm dia & uprootingroots & stumps etc. from the seat of embankment, breaking clods to not more than 10 cm cubes ramming, dressing, roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. with all lead and lift completeas directed. (12.5% shrinkage allowance to be considered).

Collection and supply of 15 cm to 23 cm hard river boulder including loading, unloading, stacking in measurable stacks at work site paying forest royalty etc. complete as directed.[Average distance considered 25 Km]

Construction of 1.00m x 1.00m rectangular boulder sausage including supplying of materials with 25cm to 30cm size boulders collecting from a lead of 25Km encased in 15cm mesh of 8G hexagonal wire netting and filling the voids between the boulders with stone not exceeding 18cm in size tied with 8G galvanised tying wire at 30cm apart, laid in position as directed including necessary local carriage of materials, paying necessary forest royalty including providing 1 no. of jati bamboo horizontal runner along the top of the sausage with vertical bhaluka bamboo post 1.20m apart driven at least 0.60m below ground and tying with sausage etc, all complete as directed.

Labour charge for pitching with one man size Boulder including dressing and ramming the seat to proper size and slope pitching etc. with local carriage of Boulders from a distance of 50M with lift up to 3 M complete as directed.

Construction of Afflux Bund Earthwork in all soils in canal embankment & bed filling as per designed section and grade by truck carriage for a minimum distance of 4 KM including paying compensation of earthobtained from private, if any, loading, unloading spreading the same in embankment in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including clearing light jungles, removing trees upto 15 cm dia & uprootingroots & stumps etc. from the seat of embankment, breaking clods to not more than 10 cm cubes ramming, dressing, roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. with all lead and lift completeas directed. (12.5% shrinkage allowance to be considered).

Collection and supply of 15 cm to 23 cm hard river boulder including loading, unloading, stacking in measurable stacks at work site paying forest royalty etc. complete as directed.[Average distance considered 25 Km]

Construction of Approach Road Earthwork in all soils in canal embankment & bed filling as per designed section and grade by truck carriage for a minimum distance of 4 KM including paying compensation of earthobtained from private, if any, loading, unloading spreading the same in embankment in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including clearing light jungles, removing trees upto 15 cm dia & uprootingroots & stumps etc. from the seat of embankment, breaking clods to not more than 10 cm cubes ramming, dressing, roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. with all lead and lift completeas directed. (12.5% shrinkage allowance to be considered).

Collection & supply of sand mixed gravel (containing 40% of sand and 60% of gravel 13mm to 38mm) free from all foreign materials including carriage from quarry to work site, loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks as directed by the department (including paying of forest .royalty, sales tax, etc.) (Distance of work site from quarry=50km)

Labour charge for spreading of Hard River Gravel size 13mm. to 38mm to the required thickness including ramming and dressing the seat before laying the materials complete as directed.

Construction of Diversion Channel and Dam Earthwork in excavation of diversion / feeder channel to the designed section and grade by depositing the spoils in the form of an embankment on either side of the designed section in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including clearing light jungles and tree upto 15 cm. dia., uprooting roots and stumps from the seat of embankment and canal free from all vegetation including breaking clods not more that 10 mm cube ramming, dressing, bailing out stagnant rain water where necessary complete as directed.

Construction of whole bamboo single pallasiding with matured jati bamboo stalks 60mm to 75mm dia, fixed 15cm clear apart 1.20m to 1.5m above ground and 1.00m to 1.2m belowground with jati bamboo struts fixed 1.2m to 1.5m apart tied with galvd. Wire of 16G to 18G and withthree rows of horizontal half jati bamboo kamies complete as directed.

Supplying and laying empty cement bags filled with sand/ earth (as locally available)including stitching the mouth, laying, fixing in position with supply of bags, sutli, etc. complete as directed.

Construction of Closing Dam Earthwork in all soils in canal embankment & bed filling as per designed section and grade by truck carriage for a minimum distance of 4 KM including paying compensation of earthobtained from private, if any, loading, unloading spreading the same in embankment in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including clearing light jungles, removing trees upto 15 cm dia & uprootingroots & stumps etc. from the seat of embankment, breaking clods to not more than 10 cm cubes ramming, dressing, roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. with all lead and lift completeas directed.
