M&L preparation of new ceiling surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller finish complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick/stone masonry wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats and any width or girth etc, the area of application should be cleaned thoroughly, remove all dirt, dust and uneven elements from the surface by washing and scraping and all the unevenness in the surface should be corrected by filling the exterior wallcare putty, surface should be sanded down with fine grade sand paper for smoothness applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces,as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed and specified.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, RCC band , lintel over 1.50m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, opening in concrete wall, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in wall, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT Bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for column,in reinforcement of fencing posts,colums,plinth beams, lintel band etc, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and conforming to Fe-500-D or higher grade.

Demolition of PCC as in padding etc not otherwise specifically provided for. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone agg as in bedding/padding over Roof surfaces

M&L 15mm thick screed bed in cement plaster 1:4 on padding layer for roof treatment with WPC complete all as specified

M&L Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches , ceiling roses , pendent , regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down light fittings and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for for refixing complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories after chasing in wall/ceiling etc, heavy duty ISI marked, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly including cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

(b) One fan point/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator

(c) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board.
