Miscellaneous civil works in zonal office campus of Chief Engineer (OandM), PTCUL, Kumaon Zone at 220KV S/s Kamaluaganja, Haldwani

Miscellaneous following civil works related to repair and renovation of office building of Chief Engineer (O&M), PTCUL, Kumaon Zone, Haldwani including re-construction of apron of the office block, reconstruction of pathways, reconstrucion of porch and entrance, leveling and dressing of open space, tiling etc. to create additional space for parking, arrangements of water drainage etc., waterproofing treatment of roof etc.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms etc. in all kinds of soil i.e. hard soil, stone CC rubbles etc. for construction of RCC road, pathways, RCC trench, gate columns walls, fire hut and store shed room including disposal of surplus soil, if any, to a suitable place including cost of all labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Cement concrete work in different ratios with 20 mm gauge stone ballast in foundations/base and floors for construction of CC road, pathways, etc. including cost of all material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate)

Ratio 1:4.8 (1 cement:4 coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregate)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) for construction of firehut, store shed, gate pillars, trenches, drains, gate walls, road shoulders etc. including cost of all material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Plastering work in 12 mm thickness of mix 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) for construction of firehut, store shed, gate pillars, trenches, drains, gate walls, road shoulders etc. including cost of all material, labour and T&P complete in all respect.

Work of supply and laying of Interlocking Paver of thickness 80 mm factory made cement concrete paver block of M-30 Grade made by block making machine with strong vibrator compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling of the joints with line sand etc. including cost of all material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of engineer incharge.

Illumination work in pathways, main gate, porch and other places including supply and erection of street lights (LED types light) with poles and othetr accessories like fuses, switches, MCBs, lamps etc. including cost of all material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Floor and wall tiling work with non-slippery best quality vitrous tiles in approved size and shades in porch area, apron area, stairs etc. with cost of all matterial i.e. tiles, adhesive, sand, cement etc., cost of labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete/tin roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The following works for development of lawns and miscellaneous landscaping works in 220 KV substation Campus, Kamaluaganja, Haldwani.

Thorough cleaning and surface dressing of ground/wasteland designated for development of lawns by cutting and uprooting of rank vegetation, wild grass,brush wood, plants, bushes, creepers etc. and disposal of the same upto suitable place as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 centimetres including removal and stacking of weeds, roots, foreign materials etc. and then disposing of foreign material and surplus soil, if any, by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 metre and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and manure before and after flooding trench with water including cost of imported earth, sludge or manureas per the direction of engineer incharge.

Supply and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage complete in all respect (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supply and stacking of manure at site and carraige in parts to the work place as and when required as per the direction of engineer incharge complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing M.S. flat iron tree guard 60 centimetre dia and 2 metre high, above ground consisting 4 nos 25×6 mm, 2.25 metre long and 8 nos. 25×3 mm 2 metre long verticals M.S. flats, riveted to 3 nos. 25×6 mm M.S. flat iron rings in two halves, fixing together at site with required six numbers of 8 mm dia and 30 mm long bolts, including painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer over a coat of primer. One name plate of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250×100 mm. shall be welded to the tree guard near the middle height and lettered PTCUL or any other approved name. The tree guard shall be suitably fixed to the ground by embedding four legs of tree guard in pits of suitable dia and to a depth of 25 cms., refilling the pits with soil and ramming, complete in all respect as per direction of engineer incharge.

Supply, stacking and planting of seasonal, herbal, ornamental etc. plants, tree saplings, bushes, hedge trays etc. given below in earth/cement pots, land etc as per standard practices complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Different types of plants/palm plants having height 1.50 m to 2.00 metre with 8 to 10 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Small size ornamental plants.

Hedge trays of 10 metre length each.
