JOB : Replacement of unserviceable LT UG Armoured cable from Tech power house LT Panel to Tech HQ LT Panel at AF Station Palam under GE (P) (AF) Gurgaon:- (a) Supply, laying and testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with strandard Aluminium conductor of size 240 sqmm 3.5 Core of 1.1 KV (Qty 238 RM). (b) Excavation in treches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying cables /pipes etc. and getting out soft/loose soil complete (Qty 54.27 CUM). (c) Excavation in treches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying cables /pipes etc. and getting out Hard/dense soil complete (Qty 12.42 CUM). (d) Returning , filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm complete (Qty 42.89 CUM).

(e) Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point (Qty 23.80 CUM). (f) Supply and laying clean dry sand for cable cusioning including gently punning down complete (Qty 17.09 CUM). (g) M&L for old size, brunt brick, sub class 'B' laid in trenches, abutting each other with a gap not exceeding 10mm, vertically over the cable for cable protection complete (Qty 1.69 per 1000Nos). (h) M&L for boring of holes upto 100 mm dia under road pavement, hard standing, etc by trench less technology using ultra sound technique complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Pipe for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately (Qty : 12RM). (j) Supply and fixing GI pipe Light grade 80mm bore (ISI marked) laid in trecnches / path/ road crossing/ fixing to poles/ ceiling/ along walls/ path/ drain/ floors with and including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc and all fittings as required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Qty 12 RM). (k) M&L for demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thikness (below or above ground level) (Qty 12.02 CUM).

(l) M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates for filling in road cuts/ hard standing etc all as specified and as directed (Qty 5.94 CUM). (m) cutting bituminous road surface not exc 30 cm in width and getting out for taking up/laying pipe etc complete all as directed (Qty 06 RM). (n) Taking up/down of old unserviceable UG LT cable of size 240 Sqmm, 3.5 Core of any type from trenches etc complete all as directed (Qty 238 RM).
