M&L for premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness (75mm or less) with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 any penetration laid/rolled to required gradient and camber using power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to removed all loose dirt and for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 over black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 25 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic paint of minimum 2.5 mm thick single coat layer as in lines, dashes, arrows etc for road marking with using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application), 150/100 mm width, White/Yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers, Thermoplastic required for glass beads shall be as per table No 8004 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacturer instruction complete including taking out old layer of paint complete all as specified and directed.
