Hot Water Boiler: HSD Fired, Horizontal Fire Tube , Hot Water Generator fitted with combustion equipments, all boiler mountings- control panel, control valves, accessories and mono block pump set, including chimney of recommended dia, externally mounted at 8mtr above ground level. or as recommended by OEM along with PCC, foundation block.

Hot water Circulation Pumps: Hot Water Circulation Mono-block Pump complete with electric motor of Single-Phase along-with common base frame duly grouted in cement concrete foundation alongwith NRVs as required.. Suction 80 mm Delivery 65 mm

Oil Transfer Pumps: Gear Oil Transfer Pump with electric motor single phase rating along-with common base frame duly grouted in cement concrete foundation

Day Oil Tank

SITC of Day oil tank 500 ltr capacity HDPE triple layer insulated with 25mm thick nitrile foam with 26 Gauge aluminum cladding and mounted on a suitable iron stand

Expansion Tank

SITC of Expansion tank 200 ltr capacity HDPE triple layer insulated with 25mm thick nitrile foam with 26 Gauge aluminium cladding and mounted on a suitable iron stand.

Soft Water Tank/ Glycol Water Tank

Soft water tank of HDPE (tripple layer) with necessary connections Capacity 500 Ltrs.

Hot Water Radiators: Steel panel heating radiators conforming to EN442 with working pressure ranging from 10-13 bar having working temperature at 110°C ,complete with Top grilles and side covers as standard along-with inlet valve, outlet valve, air purge valve and threaded plug as per OEM. Inlet Water Temp: 75oC Outlet Water Temp: 65oC Room Temp: 22oC

Electrical :

Main Panel: Main Control Panel having separate cubicals for each equipment viz. isolation for Hot Water Generator 2 No's (3hp each), DOL Starter for Hot Water Circulation Pumps 2No's , Soft Water Pumps 2 No's (1 hp each), DOL starter Softener pump 1 No (1 hp) and for HSD Transfer Pump 2 No's (1 hp) and three empty), and On-Load Change Over Switch (100 A), MCCB (100A). The control panel shall be provided with the copper bus bars dully insulated of required ratings and 3 in 1 digital Voltmeter / Ammeter / Frequency meter, indicators etc .

Cable Try: Perforated cable tray of 2 mm thickness and supported from ceiling the wall duly painted as per site condition

Capacity: 15 kVA with input of 220-460 Volts Phase to phase and output of 415 volts ±1% phase to phase

Earthing

Earthing Pit: Earthing for various equipments inside boiler house using copper plate electrode of size 500 x 500x 3 mm placed in 1000 x 1000x 1800 mm pit filled with charcoal & salt by copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm alongwith perforated G.I pipe.

Earthing Strip: Copper strip of size 15x3 mm from earthing electrode to the Electric Panel, Stabilizer, boiler and pumps using proper fasteners concealed under floor.

Coolant

Providing and filling of Nontoxic antifreeze (the right antifreeze product intended for use in heating boiler) of propylene glycol solution and water mixture. The ratio of antifreeze solution to the water shall be the optimum to achieve desired freeze protection of –400C.
