Providing all tools, tackles, non-consumable materials & manpower etc. for sweeping and moping in buildings including all rooms, halls, corridors, open verandahs, lounges, staircases, entrance area, trough etc. on daily / scheduled basis as decided and approved by EIC using cleaning agents and disinfectant for keeping the floor clean, free from stain, mud, dirt, liquid spills and other debris, cleaning of working table tops and removing dust from other furniture on daily basis, removal of cobwebs & deep cleaning of glass panes of windows, washing of dusbins once in a month, spreading of sawdust and cleaning of the same in oil spilled areas whenever required etc. for keeping neat and clean area in and around of individual building and removal of the waste materials and disposal of the same to a designated dustbin outside/nearby the building complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1) Actual Area cleaned only will be measured for payment. 2) Each instance of cleaning will be measured and paid separately subject to satisfactory performance. 3) Any consumables required for the above work will be paid separately under relevant items.

Providing all tools, tackles, non-consumable materials & manpower etc. for washing and cleaning of Toilets & Bathrooms on daily/scheduled basis as decided and approved by EIC including moping of floor, through washing & cleaning of dado, washbasin, trough, urinal, W.C. pans, sanitary fittings, Mirrors etc. on daily basis by using cleaning agents for keeping these areas clean, hygienic and in usable condition, including replenishment of air fresheners, liquid soap, Naphthalene balls as and when required or at a frequency decided by the engineer etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge. Note: 1). Actual Floor Area cleaned only will be measured for payment. 2). Each instance of cleaning will be measured and paid separately subject to satisfactory performance. 3.) Any consumables required for the above work will be paid separately under relevant items.

Cleaning of overhead tanks at the following locations at all heights using coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5 gm per litre capacity of tank including necessary scaffolding wherever necessary, disposing of malba to designated places in plant premises etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Required bleaching powder shall be provided by the department at free of cost)

Tanks on Guard house,emergency shelter,Tiffin bldg, Hewac and other buildings. (300 to 1000 Ltr capacity)

Supply & stacking of the following items of approved commercial grade for daily consumption at HWPK plant site for housekeeping works as per the specifications and as directed by the engineer. Note : 1) Material sample shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before supply for the work. 2) Contractor shall supply the consumables within a week time after the demand raised by the Engineer in Charge as per the requirement by instruction note or e-mail mean, failure to which department will arrange for material at the risk and cost of the contractor. Further double cost of the materials will be recovered from the bill due to the contractor and any loss to contractor whatsoever will not be entertained by the department in this regard. 3) Materials shall be deposited in civil store well in advance only after written instruction received from EIC. 4) Labour required for applying above housekeeping items will be considered under item no. 1 & 2.

Supplying and stacking of sand suitable for plaster, masonry and concreting work confirming to IS 1542 & IS 2116 of approved quality and quantity as directed including royalty and carriage etc. up to HWPK plant work site etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC. Note: Labour required for stacking above item will be considered under item no. 1 & 2.

Providing and fixing of Multicolored flex banners covering matter in all required language, symboles, pictures, borders etc. of required sizes, with or without required nos. of eyelets as directed by EIC, having normal flex quality of minimum 250 gsm complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Required Covering matter for the banner will be provided/suggested by the department, however final arrangements of backgrounds, languages, borders, pictures etc. will be the responsiblity of the contractor and final approval before printing of the banner shall be obtained from the EIC by submitting the image of covering matter. 2. As the banners are required for special and urgent occassions, Contractor will be intimated one day prior only, contractor has to make all necessary aarngement for providing and fixing of the banner within 24 hours after given written instruction via letter or mail, if contractor fails to submit the banner in time, department will arrange for the banner at the risk and cost of the contractor and recovery of this amount will be made from the bill due to contractor apart from no payment for no work.

Preparing and Providing 8"x12" size momento photo frame made up of Wood, paint finished having wall mounted as well as table top stand arrangements, face material of float glass & backpanel of MDF including making all necessary arrangement for fixing of photo in to the frame etc complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC. Note: 1. Photo required for fixing in to the frame will be provided by department at free of cost. However contractor has to make all necessary arrangement for fixing of photo inside the frame. 2. Sample shall be approved prior before submitting frames from the EIC. Sample of the frame may be seen at this office for clarity before quoting the rates.

Providing all tools, tackles, material, manpower, machinary for Segregation, collection and disposal by Fully loading, unloading, transportation by tractor & trolly (with side covered of minimum 1.5 meter) arrangement of all type of Scrap, waste, garbages including the waste generated from the maintenance & housekeeping activities, trimming, shaping, prunning work etc. complete form the entire plant premises with all leads and lifts and disposal of the same to the diposal yard or designated place within/nearby the plat premises with mechanical trasport up to a lead of 3 KM including all other incidental expenditure to complete the work satisfactorily and as directed by the engineer In Charge. Note: 1. Separate manpower will be required for carrying out this work apart from the minimum specified in the Technical specification. 2. Segregation of the materials should be carried out before disposal as directed by EIC.
