M&L Rendering 20mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in CM 1:6 using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished even & smooth without using extra cement

(b) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar (“ Dr fixit” Pidicrete URP” or equivalent).

(c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with “Dr Fixit Bath seal Tape” and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout “Dr Fixit Bath seal Grout” or equivalent. Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner.

(d) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating “Dr Fixit Bath seal Plus” or equivalent on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.

(e) In the remaining area, in dry substrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproofing waterproof coating “Dr Fixit Pidifin 2 K” or equivalent can be further applied right upto 2.1 m to waterproof the shower area also, if it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely.

(f) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed 1:3:6 type B0 mixed with integral WPC (Liquid) laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40 mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300 mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2.

(g) After completing plumbing work in the toilet/WC/Bath/Kitchen floor, tiling work (floor and dado) can be carried out using suitable Tile Adhesives and ready to make tile grouts of approved makes such as Dr Fixit, FOSROC SIKA, MC BUCHEMIE, ROFF, etc.

M & L for plastering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in CM 1:4 finished even and fair complete

M&L Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab and shall be carried out as specified below all as specified and directed :-

(d) M&L Providing APP polymer modified approved membrane 3mm thick, non woven, polyster, weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sq.m and laying on roof surface and parapets with laps, overlaps and sealing joints as specified and applied completely by torch application method, the overlap of membrane while torching shall be kept 100mm on length wise and 100 mm width wise; all as specified & directed.

(e) M&L Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakages & seepages and rectifying the leakages / seepages / defects, if any, to the entire satisfaction of GE.

(f) M&L Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 litre/Sq.m on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

(g) The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturers instructions and through authorised applicator of manufacturer.

(h) Notes:- The contractor shall furnish the following before and during progress of water proofing work:- (i) Quality confirmation from the manufacturer of the product alongwith quantity supplied. (ii) Manufacturer test certificate. (iii) The result, if tested in any of the independent laboratory or testing if ordered by GE, the testing charges shall however shall be borne by the contractor.

Supply, laying, connecting, testing & commissioning XLPE Insulated PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25sq mm 3.5/4 core. confirmingtoIS-7098(Part-I) laid in cable trenches /Duct /Wall /surfaces /Pipe including compression gland , lugs as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for river sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 23 cm spread thickness (8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) up to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement purpose.

Supply and fixing bricks sub class B designation 75 old size laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for protection of cable all as specified and directed

S&F or laying GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia ,ISI Marked ,confirming to IS-1239 for encasing L.T. cables for mechanical protection ,laid under Plinths/Floors/ roads/ paths/ culverts or fixed on walls or concealed in wall or along the steel poles including bends/ clamps and including all fittings & accessories complete all as specified and directed.
