A1 200 Awareness Programmes and Technical Sessions to be conducted across 10 major districts of Punjab (Amritsar, Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur, Patiala, Ludhiana, Mohali, Fatehgarh Sahib, Bathinda, Ferozepur, and Kapurthala) and ensure active MSME participation, in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToR) stipulated in the RFP.

A2 260 Awareness Programmes & Technical Sessions to be conducted across remaining 13 districts of Punjab and ensure active MSME participation, in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToR) stipulated in the RFP.

• No Condition or Stipulation or addition of any item is allowed in tables above, the contravention of which will result in rejection of Financial Bid.

·The offer price quoted by us is inclusive of all taxes and duties mentioned above, not specifically mentioned in the RFP document, but essential for successful completion of assignment.

• We undertake that in competing for and, if the award is made to us, in executing the above services, we will strongly observe the laws against fraud and corruption in force in India.

• Tax deductions at source wherever applicable will be deducted from the Department of Industries and Commerce, Govt. of Punjab

• All applicable taxes and duties, whether direct, indirect, or local, along with levies, fees, and other charges during the contract period shall be imposed as per prevailing rates at the time of payment

• Our Financial Proposal shall be binding upon us, up to expiration of the validity period of the Proposal and that we shall remain bound by a communication within that time.

• We have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions of the RFP and the conditions of the contract applicable to the RFP and we do hereby undertake to provide the services as per these terms and conditions of the RFP.
