Fabrication & providing of MS operator sleeping beds by way of cutting and electric arc welding of mild steel angle ISA-40x40x5 with height of 1.5 feet and each end length to be fitted with gusset plates of size 80mm x 80mmx5mm with following specifications a. 6 feet x 6 feet Intermediate horizontal (in plus shape) supporting fabricated out of ISA-40x40x5 Total length of ISA-40x40x5= 13mtrs@3kg/m=39kgs Job includes fitting of 6’ X 6’ ply board (19 mm Thick) to bed and applying of two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel paint and then shifting of same to site after its fabrication at workshop. The Job also includes providing and fitting of Thermocol and versa matting of 36sft. The firm has also to provide bedding of size 6'x6' consisting of matress, two pillows, two bed sheets, two pillow covers, two matress covers. The Job also includes painting of bed in two coats of primer and one coat of enamel paint.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 60HP (L&T/Bentex/Kilburn make). OISD Starter, mechanically operated, working on 415±10% AC voltage supply, 50HZ, working on star delta principle. The starter shall be fitted with heavy duty copper bush rods 6 nos. 3 for incoming and 3 no’s for outgoing, and auto tripping system. The starter shall be fitted with heavy duty copper points, both moving and fixed. The complete assembly shall be housed in a suitable container fabricated out of MS sheet with easy inspection cover. The starter shall be first filled with starter oil (upto required level) of high grade and low viscosity. The starter shall be mounted with nuts and bolts for proper fixing on panel board and tested on full load at site.

Repairs to priming pump piping system by way of a. Providing and fitting of 50mm dia GI pipe (B class) - 6 mtr b. Providing and fitting of threaded C.I gate valve of 50mm dia - 01no c. Providing and fitting of MS flanges of 50mm dia - 04 no d. Providing and fitting of threaded C.I foot valve of 50mm dia - 01 no e. Arresting the leakage at few points in the delivery piping system by way of welding using superior class welding electrodes. The Job includes all the tools, tackles, skilled technician required for completion of Job.

Providing and fitting of 3-pole 415V MCCB with thermal magnetic release having 36kA breaking capacity (Ics= 100% Icu) (Make: L&T/schnieder) having max. thermal release range of 200A.

Providing and fitting of 20W Led light with IP 65 rating. The Job includes wiring of the light with 1sqmm FRLS copper wire and 6A MCB with gang box for ON and OFF operation.
