M&L for preparation of wooden surfaces of Bed Hard by scrapping with sand paper, re-dusting and applying putty wherever required and policing the surface with french police to get glossy finish and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE DRESSING LADIES : (a) Dismantling taking out carefully and replacement of old existing broken top of table dressing ladies of any description in any position & replacement of the same with S&F new top of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade, BWR ISI Marked , made to shape fixed in position with teak wood veneered on one side & other side commercial all as shown on drawing, specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make - CENTURY PLY/ACTION TESA/BHUTAN BOARD)

All as per Item No. 2.00 (a) above but replacement of back plywood 6mm thick commercial ply all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. Drg no FD 251/32.

All as per Item No. 2.00 (a) above but replacement of unserviceable mirror 5.5mm thick with S&F new 5mm thick mirror 365x1220x5mm thick with complete frame all as shown in drawing and directed by Engr in Charge. Drg no FD 251/32. (Make : Modi guard)

All as per Item No. 2.00 (a) above but replacement of chromium plate knob 25mm dia of best quality and as approved by Engr in charge. Drg no FD 251/32.

REPAIR TO TABLE DRESSING GENTS (FD-230/ 379) :-

Dismantling taking out carefully and replacement of old existing broken top of table dressing gents of any description in any position & replacement of the same with S&F new top of 01mm thick laminated sheet of approved shade over particle board 12mm thick and including 6mm thick teak wood beading all round made to shape fixed in position pasted with 01mm thick laminated sheet on top all as shown on drawing. Specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 3.01 above but replacement of side S&F new side of 12 mm thick particle board, one side teak veneered and other side commercial exterior grade BWP with and including 6mm thick teak wood beading all-round, made to shape fixed in position all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 3.01 above but replacement of bottom with S&F new 12 mm thick ply, teak veneered on one side and commercial on other side grade with (BWR Resin) made to shape fixed in position all as shown on drg specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge complete material & labour.

SOFA CHAIR SINGLE SEATER WITH ARMS FD-281/1113 : Removing UNSV and S & F the following existing wooden components from sofa chair single seater with arms carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts made of first class teakwood well-seasoned free pits & knots including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, welding, gluing, placing every part in-tact complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cushion 100mm thick for seat & back 75 mm thick & 40 density duly covered with tapestry cloth not less than Rs 350 per mtr quality and shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE. Make -SLEEPWELL/KURLON (Kurlon Ltd).

Removal of old unserviceable/broken bottom of side board and S&F new side of 18/19mm thick particle board BWR interior grade as per existing shape and size including 1mm thick sunmica sheet to external surface of particle board of side board complete all as specified and shown in drawing. Make:- CENTURY PLY/ACTION TESA/BHUTAN BOARD ISI Marked as approved by GE.

Removal of old unserviceable/broken shelf of side board and S&F new shelf of IInd class hard wood existing shape and size duly planned and smooth complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of old unserviceable/broken top of 18/19mm thick particle board as per existing shape and size including 1 mm thick sunmica sheet to external surface of particle board (Make : Novapan) and complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of old unserviceable/broken existing drawer of side board and S&F new drawer of IInd class hard wood of existing shape and size (7 inch x 15 inch x 0.5 inch) duly planned and smooth complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Removal of old unserviceable Back side of side board and S&F new plywood 6mm thick as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 17.01 above but replacement of chromium plate knob 25mm dia of best quality and as approved by Engr in charge. Drg no FD 251/32.

PEG TABLE (FD-277/384/237/1114) : The following repair shall be carried out to Peg Table after removing old UNSV parts and replacing with new parts of well-seasoned BWR Indian Teak wood free from pits & Knots as under complete all as specified under directed:-
