SCHEDULE `A' PART - XI MISC ITEMS as under is not prepriced by MES.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S & F surface mounted PVC poly carbonate type batten holder with back plate and LED lamp 15/18 watt 230V AC all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing surface and wall mounted GLAZE LED Batten 20/24 W light fitting 4 feet with decorative end caps LED lighting fixture delivers high brightness & excillent illumination with extruded Alluminium housing provided for heat resistant acrylic diffuser for glare free uniform light distribution powered by a external electronic constant current driver with no UV & IR radiation, energy efficient complete with tube & duly pre-wired and connecting up with 0.5 Sqmm 3 core flexible copper cable cord from fitting to ceiling rose all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing freedom plus LED street light 45 W made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with sencondary optics, IP65 protection all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing street light bracket 40 mm bore GI pipe/tubing light grade 1.5 mtr logn band to shape with MS flat iron 50 x 5 mm for clamps nuts, bolts and wahsers etc and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 240 volts.

Supplying and fixing MCB SPN 6 to 32 Amps 240 Volts.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan, 5 Star Rating, 1200mm sweep with provision of flexible cord 3 core stranded copper conductor of size 0.50 sqmm form connector block to fan including connection to earthing point.

Supply and fixing wall mounted fan 400mm sweep heavy duty three speed with regulator with cord and with osicallating motion high speed 230 volt single phase 50 Hz including flexible cord 3 core standed copper conductor of size 0.50 sqmm from conncetor block to fan including connection to eathing point.

M&L for circuit/submain wiring in heavy duty PVC conduit 20mm dia alongwith earth wire with the size of 2x1.5+1x1.5 of FRLS cable of copper conductor, multi stranded PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in concealed pipe all as specifed and directed. Note : PVC conduit and 3 run of cable shall be measured as one unit of item.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of evaporative type desert cooler having nominal air flow capacity 4000 Cum per hour, Steel body of size not less than 66X82X66 cm, tank capacity not less than 70 Litre, heavy duty fan motor with fan blade, 500 mm sweep, single phase,180 Watt, 1500 rpm, wood wool pads, sumersible type water pump18/20W,50Hz,230V with MS Stand of suitable size and all accessories & mountings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of factory made (CPRI approved) LT Panel outdoor type of suitable size, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized inside panel with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet for fixing of MCCB & instumentations compartments and frame etc. to accommodate the incoming and outgoing MCCBs/ COs / Motor Starter duly powder coated (The inner/outdoor shell. will have powder coated siemens grey) and having provision for front and rear side opening with rubber beading and mild steel cable glands for each cable to make it weather and vermin proof. double door hinged type, both side openable, air fins for ventilation, The panel shall be placed on angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame supported on 04 legs 600 mm long each duly grouted in plain cement concrete blocks in 1:2:4 type B1 angle frame shall be provided with mild steel sheet 300 mm width and 1.6 mm thick on three sides duly fixed with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed. Panel shall comprise of the following:- (a) Aluminium bus bar mounted on insulators duly painted colour code 200 Amps - 3 Nos for phase and 100 Amps - 01 No for neutral. (b) Incoming MCCB 4 pole 3 phase, 160 Amps,415 Volts AC rupturing capacity 35 KA -01 No. (c) Out going MCCB's TP 63 Amps repturing capacity 25 KA - 02 No's (d) Out going MCB's TP 32 Amps repturing capacity 10 KA - 02 No's (e) One MCB TP 32 amp for spare.

T&P and labour for shifting of transformer up to 100 KVA with in TBRL Range including disconnecting, reconnecting HT & LT connection & testing, refixing of transformer on new foundation with in and including M&L for Platform of size 2 Mtr x 2 Mtr x 1 Mtr high (outer diameter) built with 150 mm thick PCC 1:5:10 E2 foundation extending 150 mm on both sides of wall, wall 300 mm thick of RR stone masonery brought to course built in cm 1:6 450 mm below GL & 945 mm above GL duly pointed with raised pointing in cement mortar 1:3 on exposed faces & flush pointed in same morter as the Wk proceed on faces in contact with soil, floor of 55 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 laid in bays over 100 mm thick hard core over approved earth filling as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Manual rotating/revolving search light for watch tower (Tripod Mounted) of 250 W, 230 V AC LED energy saving for fixing inside watch tower cabin with suitable mounting of search light on its top plate,cast steel/LM6 body base incluing necessary civil works all a required and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate 600x600x6mm thick electrode and 32x6 mm GI strip as earthing lead buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground connected to GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check , nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate no. 3 including 40 mm dia medium grade GI protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, funnel, wire mesh , charcoal dust, PCC pit and 50mm thick RCC cover, earth work in any type of soil connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: GI strip beyond 7.5Mtr length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately).

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply, installation, connecting and testing swing check type reflux valves (Non return) cast iron body (Long Body) class PN 1.6 design with flanged ends drilled suitable for the size 50mm (2") dia. bore of pipes ISI marked (IS:5312:2004 part-1) complete with nuts bolts washers rubber gasket etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for flange joint with fibre board rubber gasket 3mm thick incuding nuts,bolts,washers and including one Nos GI flange heavy duty for 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and comisioning of centrifugal monoblock type pumping set having discharge capacity minimum 110 LPM at 80 mtr head coupled with electric motor 3 phase, 415 volt ,50 Hz of suitable capacity to drive pump delevering water up to 80 mtr head, mounted on common MS base frame including PCC foundation of suitable size, nut, bolts etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed swing type single disk cast iron foot valve (IS:4038) with screwed ends size 80 mm bore, for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, connecting and testing air release valve cast iron body Long Body) class-PN 1.6 with single air outlet SI marked (IS:14845:2000) of size 50mm (2") dia. bore and fixing up in of pipes size 50 mm GI water supply mains complete with nuts bolts washers etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC insulated copper conductor flat submersible cable 1100 volts grade of 6 Sqmm 3 core size duly connected and lowered with submersible pump of set complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,installed & commissioning Automatic chemical dozing system to inject solution upto 20 Lph comprising dosing pump coupled with single phase AC motor ,230 V,50 Hz,0.5 HP,1440 RPM ,10 Bar assembly with agitator in one motor ,agitator with SS sweep blade duly FRP coated,FRP tank 150 ltr capacity complete unit mounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly anticorrosive paint , including all necessary fittings with connected accessories like rain proof gaured ,level gauge,valve complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Construction of single brick masonry valve pit of size 120cmx120cmx120cm (Type 'B') (internal dimensions) of chamber, depth of chamber to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3.15mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 50x50x6mm with fixing arrangement, hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on MS cover and frame including necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil returning, filling in, disposal of surplus soil, PCC (1:2:4) work, complete all as specified.
