Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Chilled water air cooled central air conditioning system system of capacity not less than 60 TR ( 2x30 TR working and 1X30 TR standby ) including following items and other items as required for satisfactory performance of the plant complete in all respect for DBs all as specified in respective drawings to achieve the inside design conditions as per ANNEXURE ‘A’ enclosed here-in-before : Note 1:- (a) Contractor / bidder should submit complete design for the Central AC plant with necessary ducting and insulation (inside and outside the storage bldg)” comprising of heat load calculations, working drawings of complete AC plant supported with design/calculations of each component duly vetted by IIT/NIT/OEM within two months of the date of commencement of work through GE for the approval of Accepting Officer before execution of the work. (b) Contractor/bidder will be responsible for performance guarantee of complete AC plant to achieve the inside design conditions round the clock throughout the year with overall COP of the system not less than 3. (c ) Complete Comprehensive maintenance of AC plant for three year after completion of work

EARTH WORK & SITE CLEARANCE. M&L Bringing approved earth from outside MD land and forming embankment including raising earth, spreading in layers n.exc. 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finished to required gradient, size and shape etc not exceeding 1.50 metre from the base complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Payment shall be made for solid quantity arrived after consolidation. (ii) Before execution of this item earth shall be tested/checked for suitablity to use.

Supply of integrated LED Batten type 1X20W, 230V tube light fitting energy efficient surface and wall mounted led batten, extruded aluminium housing provided for efficient heat dissipation with polycarbonate diffuser & integrated electronic driver. The luminaire should be thermally conductive plastic housing with high efficiency diffuser. The system wattage should not be greater than 20W with minimum system lumen output 1900lm at minimum CRI 80 and CCT: 4000K. The Luminarie should have the rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70. The luminaire should have constant current driver, input voltage range 140-270V, 50Hz±3% with inbuilt active power factor correction and surge protection. Supply of 30W +/- 5 % Top Maintainable LED Street Light luminaire with System luminous efficacy of >110 lm/W. LED Street Light shall be made up of Die Cast aluminium housing suitable to mounted on 40 mm OD bracket arm. Luminaire compartments should be hermitically sealed to achieve IP 66 ingress protection. Optical compartment shall be provided with tempered protective custom moulded polycarbonate diffuser, thermal, shock and impact- resistant, (IK – 08), while control gear shall be provided with die cast aluminium cover for safety. The LEDs used in Street Light should be CCT of 5000 K to 6500K and CRI of Minimum 70. LED Driver shall be Isolated type (SMPS based constant current supply), with proper heat sink for heat dissipation suitable to operate in input voltage range of 140V to 270V (nominal rated voltage – 240V) with Power factor greater than 0.95 and total harmonic distortion (THD) of less than 10% should be integral to the luminaire. The Driver output should be ensure safe operating and maintenance operation. LED driver shall have output short circuit & over voltage protection, surge voltage protection and other safety tests as per IS 15885 Part-2/sec 13 inbuilt including GI tubing LG, 40 mm bore 1.5 mtr length bend to shape with FI Clamps of size 30 x 6 mm, 45 cm long, Nuts, Bolts and washers (50 mm length 16mm dia of bolt) provn of two coats of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer. EOT CRANE. Design, supply and installation of flame proof EOT crane, double girder type having span of 9.5 m, long travel 36 m, clear hook height 3.0 m and weight lifting capacity of 5.0 Ton considering following conditions complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Internal dimension of Bldg is 36m X 19m X 5.2m with partition wall at middle. (ii) Clear hook height available from FFL is 3.0m (iii) The operation and micro speed of crane should be as following:- (a) Main Hoist:- 8-10m/min (b) Micro in main Hoist - 0.8 m/min. (c) Cross travel - 5 m/min (d) Micro in cross travel - 0.5 m/min (e) Long travel - 10-15 m/min (f) Micro in long travel- 1m/min (iv) EOT crane fitted should be fire/flame proof and comply with the safety specification given in the STEC pamphlet No 7. (v) Design of crane and proof checking of design from any of IITs / NITs within 2 months from the date of accept of tender.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of distribution transformer, capacity 250 KVA step down, indoor type, double copper wound core type 3 Phase 50 Hz AC, oil immersed with 'ONAN' type cooling with external cooling tubes / radiators having no load voltage ratio 11000/433 V (corresponding to principal tapping) delta connected on primary side (HV incoming) and star connected on secondary side (secondary out going) in accordance with vector group symbol (Dyn-11) conforming to IS 1180 of 2014 Part 1 (energy efficiency level 2) and having off load tap changer in the steps of 2.5% on HV side to take care of voltage from (+)5% to (-) 10% to give output on 433V secondary side and including initial oil filling to appropriate level, control cable, and following standard fittings complete all as specified and as directed including the followings:- (a) Oil conservator with oil fitting hole cap and drain plug. (b) 01 No of prismatic oil level gauge mounted on conservator wall with first fill of charge up to maximum level. (c) Silica gel dehydrating breather with oil seal and first fill of charge. (d) Pressure release valve with automatic resetting arrangement after release of pressure. (e) Adequate No of thermometer pocket including one thermometer. (f) Top oil filter valve. (g) Bottom oil filter cum drain valve. (h) Rating diagram and terminal marking plate. RING MAIN UNITS (01 Incomer+02 Outgoing) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, Non Extensible indoor Fixed Type, RMU (Ring Main Unit) 3-way comprising of 03Nos Vacuum Circuit Breaker (01No Incomer +02Nos Outgoing) inside manually TIG welded stainless steel tank having min. thickness 2 mm having IP 67 Degree of Protection. The breaker should perform 50 operations at full short circuit current. RMU should be provided with Aluminum bus bar. Protection CT on cables 300/1-1 Amp, 5P10, 2.5 VA for protection and 300/1-1 Amp, Cl 1.0, 2.5 VA for metering – 03 sets, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for Internal arc test of AFL 21kA/1 sec as per IEC62271-200 for both tank and cable compartment. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standards fitting as required at site. Note:- Details specifications are as under - (i) 03x Nos. 630 Amp Manual Vacuum Circuit Breaker, triple pole, single break 3 position (On, Off and earth having shunt tripping coil(STC) capacity 21 KA for 3 seconds with Aluminium bus bar fitted with fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958-1, fully rated with earth switch, spring assisted mechanism, Red/Green Push Button for On/Off Operation, Arc proof hinged type cable cover interlocked with Earth Switch, Air insulated cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom entry front termination of 3 core cable upto 185Sqmm with indicating devices as ON/OFF, trip Circuit healthy check, spring charge indicator , space heater, trip on fault, RYB phase indicator etc.
Serial Item No. 15.36 (Contd....) (ii) O/C + E/F self powered digital numeric relay with Inverse Definite Minimum Time (IDMT) and Instantaneous protection characteristics. Safety Interlocks Shall be provided as per relevant IEC/IS Standards and Manufacturers directions. Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS Standards. The Cable termination of RMU should be front accessible only.
Serial Item No. 15.36 (Contd....) Specification for each VCB (i)The circuit breakers shall be of the maintenance-free, vacuum type. The position of the power and earthing contacts shall be clearly visible on the front of the switchboard. The position indicator shall provide positive contact indication in accordance with IEC 62271-102 standard. In addition, manufacturer shall prove reliability of indication in accordance with IEC 62271-102 § 6.105 standard. (ii)The circuit breakers shall have 2 positions: open-disconnected and closed. A separate and independent 3 position earthing switch and disconnector shall be fitted to open and earth the cables in such way that interlocks prevent all unauthorised operations. (iii)They shall be fully mounted and inspected in the factory. (iv)An operating mechanism can be used to manually close the circuit breaker and charge the mechanism in a single movement. An independent mechanism shall be fitted for the 3 position earthing swith and disconnector. (v)It shall be fitted with a local system for manual tripping by an integrated push button. There will be no automatic reclosing. The circuit breaker shall be associated with an integrated protection unit that will operate without any auxiliary power supply and shall include: (a) Three toroidal transformers incorporated in the transformer tee-off bushings, (b) An electronic self-powered relay, (c) A low energy release (d) A system protection testing (with or without CB tripping)

Type and routine tests (i) According to the composition of the switchboard, various type test certificates can be supplied: (ii) Impulse withstand test, (iii) Temperature-rise test, (iv) Short-time withstand current test, (v) Mechanical operation test, (vi) Checking of degree of protection, (vii) Switch, circuit breaker, earthing switch making capacity. (viii) Switch, circuit breaker breaking capacity. (ix) Internal arc withstand (x) Checking of partial discharge on complete unit In addition, for switches, test reports on rated breaking and making capacity shall be supplied. For earthing switches, test reports on making capacity, short-time withstand current and peak short-circuit current shall be supplied. (i) The routine tests carried out by the manufacturer shall be backed by test reports signed by the factory's quality control department. They shall include the following: (ii) Conformity with drawings and diagrams, (iii) Measurement of closing and opening speeds, (iv) Measurement of operating torque, (v) Checking of filling pressure, (vi) Checking of gas-tightness, (vii) Checking of partial discharges on individual components, (viii) Dielectric testing and main circuit resistance measurement.

Quality The supplier shall provide proof that he applies a quality procedure in compliance with the standard, namely: (i)Use of a quality manual approved and signed by a top management representative, (ii) Periodic updating of the manual so that it reflects the quality control procedures in effect, (iii) ISO 9001 certification. NOTE 1. The contractor shall submit QAP (quality assurance programme) within 15 days after placement of order for VCB Panel testing at factory.VCB Panel shall be dispatch only after inspection clearance by inspecting officer. 2. The contractor shall get the approval of accepting officer for the make of the VCB panel they plan to procure. 3. Prior to manufacturing the general arrangement drawing design details of the VCB panel shall be got approved by accepting officer.

The distance between two successive earth electrodes shall not be less than 3 metres. (iii) The procedure mentioned here-in-before for one earth pit shall be repeated for other earth pits. (iv) Additional earth electrode pits and loop conductor shall be measured and paid eparately .(v) The rate quated shall also included the following elements: (a) Complete earthwork including drilling holes for electrode.(b) Earhing electrode-01 only (c) Backfilling carbon based ground enhancing compound (GEC). (d) Pit cover light weight made out of high quality polymer with lid made of HDG steel. (e) Copper strip as earthing lead of size 50mmx3mm, 250 mm long only, beyond 250mm, same shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item here –in-after. (viii) Original purchase vouchers for copper rod and back fill compound and manufacturer test certificate of entire quantity shall be produced by the contractor before commencement on ground.

(b) The contractor is to quote the amount in the money column i.e. in Col 'F' adding his overhead and profit. The amount shall be adjusted proportionately to the sum actually expended against Prime Cost Sum. Notes :- (i) Item(s) covered under Prime COst Sum shall be ordered as per condition 5 of IAFW-2249. (ii) Contractor shall quote amount adding over the amount of prime cost sum to cover his overhead and profit against Srl Item No 16(a).
