The bidder must have successfully completed work orders for at least five different State or central govt/ PSU organizations directly, providing candidate frisking through Hand-Held Metal Detectors (HHMD) in examination projects over the past five years as of the bidding date.

The bidder should have an average annual turnover of INR 5 crores from examination-based projects during the last three financial years (2020-21, 2021- 22, and 2022-23).

the bidder should have a net worth of INR 15 crores as of the last day of the financial year 2022-23.

The bidder shall be a Public Sector Undertaking, Private Limited or Limited Company registered under the Indian Companies Act 1956 or 2013 of GOI and in existence in India for the last 3 years as on the day of bidding.

The Bidder should have a head or branch office in Bengaluru. If the bidder doesnt have an office in Bengaluru, they must provide an undertaking to open an office in Bengaluru within 10 days from the date of the work order

The bidder must have valid ISO 9001 & CMMi Level 3 or higher certification (verifiable on the IAF portal) as of the date of bid publishing.
