Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs, Chajjas and the like as IN PATCH WORK OF AREA n exc 2.5 sqm nature at different qtrs as directed ,roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry ,including dusting of steel reinforcement, providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm of 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix using 1 part of ordinary Portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufactures instruction or 2% by wt of cement all as directed abd applied with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine including necessary padding, steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platform/formwork etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L Water proofing treatment on roof surfaces in the following manner : - (a) The surface shall be painted with hot paving bitumen grade Vg40 conforming to IS-73 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm. (b) Heavy duty polythene film (white) of 150 micron thickness weighing 135 gm/ Sqm (approx) having tensile strength not less than 140 Kg/Square metre in machine direction and 110 Kg/Sq cm in transverse direction, conforming to IS-2508 shall be laid with overlaps & bonded with cold cutback adhesive, overlaps being not less than 150 mm. Polythene film shall be tucked in parapet wall to a depth of 65 mm as per figure shown in IS-7290. (c) Brown craft paper of weight not less than 100 gms/Sqm laminated over the film with semi hot layer of paving bitumen grade Vg40 conforming to IS-73 @ 0.60 Kg/Sqm shall be painted on the paper, paper reversed and pasted on the film. (d) Semi hot paving bitumen grade Vg40 conforming to IS-73 applied @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm on the surface and the entire surface shall be dusted with fine sand. (e) 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 shall be obtained after fine sand dusting; when the cement mortar is still green 18-20mm thick marble crazy pieces shall be spread in regular panel using dividers or marble strips 18 to 20mm thick and 50mm wide. The size of panels shall be at 1 to 1.5 m intervals in length and breadth over the entire roof area, leaving joints10 to 15 mm wide. (f)The space for joints shall be filled with cement, marble powder & marble aggregate of 4 to 7 mm size like as cast in situ terrazzo toping. The work of placing, curing and grinding shall be done all as per clause 13.38.4 to 13.38.6 of MES SSR Part-I

(g) Coveted fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 with terrazzo finishing layer at top of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/chimney/other vertical surface and surface painted with a hot paving bitumen grade VG-40, conforming to IS-73 @ 1.20 Kg per Square metre over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.30 litre per square metre. Note: The Date of Carried out WPT alongwith name of date, completion date contractor name, CA No etc. details mentioned on entrance of building with paint without any extra cost. Any misunderstanding shall not be entertained.

Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm as approved by GE, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusible finish laid over compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Coveted fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm

(ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm (minimum) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimny/other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen (v) Exposed surfaces of APP membrane shall be applied with one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 150 ml/Sqm. (vi) Above aspects are deemed to be included in quoted rate. Note: The Date of Carried out APP alongwith name of date, completion date, contractor name, CA No etc. details mentioned on entrance of building with paint without any extra cost. Any misunderstanding shall not be entertained.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, surfaces etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforcement cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on wall, beam and column in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, kitchen slabs and in shelves and the etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) for laying of floor finishes /tiles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes/tiles/kota stone/green marble etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 350X 7 mm thick set in neat cement slurry and jointed with tile grout with colour pigment including providing 10mm thick backing coat (rough plaster) in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: White/ grey cement shall not be used for filling the Joints.

M&L joint free non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set in neat cement slurry and jointed with tile grout with colour pigment etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: White/ grey cement shall not be used for filling the Joints.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) of size 400x400mm and 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set in neat cement slurry and jointed with tile grout with colour pigment etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: White/ grey cement shall not be used for filling the Joints.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) size 400x400mm and 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, on vertical surfaces etc. set in neat cement slurry and and jointed with tile grout with colour pigment including providing 10mm thick backing coat (rough plaster) in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: White/ grey cement shall not be used for filling the Joints.

M&L for machine cut pre polished kota stone slab flooring 18 to 22mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 22 mm thick machine cut pre polished kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar and providing backing coat (rough plaster) 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Granite 18 to 20 mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cill, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints between panel to panel and panel to wall and plugging the same with bitumen mastic using bitumen and sand mixture in 1:3 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for WPT in sunken floors as described here under:- (i)Sunken floor and sides up to finished floor level shall be plastered with 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing liquid @ 150 ml per bag of cement. (ii) Preparing plastered surfaces and providing APP polymeric water proofing membrane , minimum 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 kg/ sqm as approved by GE, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch , with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer's instructions including preparation of surface by removing the existing treatment, complete all as specified an as directed Note: - (i) Polymeric membrane shall be laid in sunken floor and on sides up to finished floor level. (ii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators. (iii) Above aspects are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iv) Supply only water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately

M&L rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work on wall in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.
