Taking down of carefully unserviceable Aluminum/copper point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete with fitting such as switches, ceiling rose lamp holder, sockets, fan regulators, SK/FTL light fittings etc removing materials for store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be taken as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS-IS 694 cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, concealed conduit wiring in walls and surface with GI saddles GI screws, rawal plugs in ceiling or roof if not possible including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of flush metal boxes, inner and outer plate suitable for modular switch, socket and fan regulator as per site requirement and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade FRLS-IS 694 cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) and connected to main earth dolly complete all as specified for one light/Fan point controlled by one Switch.

All as per Srl item No 2 above for point wiring for one light point controlled by two Nos two way switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 2 above for point wiring for 5 pin switch socket outlet, 5/6 Amps on same board with other switches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 2 above for point wiring for 5 pin switch socket outlet, 5/6 Amps on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above for one power point 3 pin 15 Amps socket out let PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) including earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) cable common connected to earth dolly, all as specified for one 3 pin 15 amps socket outlet point controlled by one switch complete. All as per Srl item No 2 above but point wiring for one bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item 2 to 8 here in below :(i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in brick walls/pillars etc. for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. The portion of point wiring at RCC Columns/Beams/Ceilings shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on surface with using PVC rawl plugs .(ii) Rate for modular metal flush boxes ,inner and outer plate with frames are deemed to be included in the quoted rate by contractor for above items. (iii) Fittings like Modular switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. (iv) The size of conduits shall be determined on permissible No. of runs of wires as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) clause 19.125 (B).
