Required1. Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/ NTPC or any other power stations and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as Performance certificates/PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection.
Required2. Bidder must be Original Manufacturer or authorized dealer for material related to tender only. Original Manufacturer must upload NSIC/SSI/MSME or any other relevant certificate(s) related to material in the tender. Authorized dealer must upload the authorization letter issued by the original manufacturer
Required3. The supplied material must be one to one replacement for the existing Sam Turbo make LP water pump model: 6MD80/205 & HP water pump model ZM II 530/01 at KTPS V&VI Stages and if fails to interchange the same shall be replaced at free of cost. Bidder should accept to submit interchangeability certificate along with material
Required4. Bidder should accept to provide services while overhauling of the pump if necessary on free of cost.
Required5. Bidder should accept to submit material test certificates along with material.
Required6. Bidder should accept to offer guarantee against manufacturing defects and should replace the material at free of cost in case of any failure within the guarantee period. Bidder submit guarantee certificate along with the material.
Required7. Bidder should accept to the supply the material as per drawings enclosed and should sign at the bottom of drawings and upload the documents in PQ bids in token of having acceptance.
Required8. Overall L1 bidder will be considered in this tender
RequiredBidder should submit quotation without price on their letter head mentioning offered material with make along with HSN code and updated GST percentage for each item.
