REPAIRS AND MAINT OF ROLLING SHUTTER AND MISC WORKS IN DIBER FD STN PITHORAGARH

Contract Details

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone or concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster, including removing debris/rubbish materials off the site all as specified.

M&L for cement plaster in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick in two coats (10+5) with using integral waterproofing compound finished even & fair without using extra cement ( Note: Integral liquid water proofing compound to be used in per bag of cement shall be as per manufacturers instructions and paid separately under respective items.).

M&Lfor rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:6 finished with neeru finish as specified on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (Make:- Scott No 1/Dr Fixit)

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces ,and applying 2 coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistent primer Over 3 mm thick wall care putty on wallscomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. on

M&L Complete removal of existing treatment on old surface of walls and applying 2 coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistent primer Over 1 mm thick wall care putty on wallscomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old iron and steel surfaces of any description over 10cms width or girth and applying one coats of Synthetic enamel paint as direcected .

Taking down and refixing of rolling shutter and hood/top cover of any description and size including oiling , greasing of guide rails, bearinf , spring etc. (Note all accessories if required shall be measured seperately under respectinve items)
