Laying of one No. cable above 35 sqmm and upto 185 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring.surface duly rammed.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying of cable above 4 core 50 sqmm and upto 4 core 90 sqmm on wall/surface including S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting.

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish. a) Above 35 sqmm to 95 sqmm at an average depth of 100 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc.

Laying of 10 sq.mm cable average depth 75 mm as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish.

S & F compression type brass cable gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cable.

Supplying and fixing of 200A, 415V, TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. 200 A, DIN type HRC fuse. (MAKE-L&T/Siemens/ABB/Havells).

Supplying and fixing of 125A 415V, TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on flat iron/angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. 125 A, DIN type HRC fuse. (MAKE-L&T/Siemens/ABB/Havells).

Feeder Pillar Box 1: Supply & errection of double door feeder piller box of 1200X1100X400mm, fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel with Iron leg of 40X40X5mm having front and back opening hinged with door handle & panel locking arrangement it should have suitable size 2mm thick MS sheet at bottom of feeder pillar for cable glanding work and two nos. earth bus in two side wall of feeder pillar with shorting the cable glanding MS plate. The feeder pillar should be errected over suitable brick structure with plaster & neat cement finish & the complete Feeder Pillar Box is to be spray painted after required surface treatment by 7 tanks process / sand blasting with 2 coat of red oxide primer & 2 coat of finished paint over dried or powder coating.as per direction of E.I.C.

VTPN Arrangement in Feeder pillar box :

a) S&F 415V, way, 6Way Betaguard Vertical type Main TPN PBDB with 3- phase incoming & TP/SP outgoings as follows, with vertical type bus-bar system, in SS enclosure (IP-42 protection) double door comprising of neutral link & provision for earthing attachment, concealed in wall after cutting the brick wall and mending good the damages to original finish incl. inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and earthing attachment as to G.S upto 250A capacity busber. INCOMING – 415V,200 A. FPMCCB 1 No. OUTGOING- i) 415V, 125A, TP MCB-2 Nos. ii) 415V, 63A TPMCB- 2 nos iii) 240V,32A. TPMCB-1no iv) 240V,32A. SPMCB-3nos (Make : ABB/ Legrand/L&T) b) Supplying and fixing 32A DPMCB with SS enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, powder coated provision for two/four pole MCB, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment. c) Single phase timer controller for street light control -1 no. d) 250/5 A CT (KAPPA Make). e) LED R-Y-B indicator - 03 nos. f) 6A SPMCB - 03 Nos. g) VAF meter CL1 (Make L&T WL 411010OOOO) - 1 no.

Supply of G.I. Swaged & welded steel tubular poles, overall lenght 9.00 mtr long, 8.0 respective O/D 139.7 mm x 114.3 mm x 88.9 mm wall thickness 4.50 mm x 3.65 mm x 3.25 mm, sectional 5.00 mtr. x 2.00 mtr. x 2.00 mtr. as per 410-SP-28 (IS:2713-1980).

Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.

Upto 9.0 mtr having Size 0.6x0.6x1.70 mts

Extra on items 13 above, for providing CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.60x0.60x0.76 mt. above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base pole (in lieu of CC muffing) incl. drilled hole in pole suitable for alkathene/polythene pipe entry, for street light wiring, without Loop Box.

Supply & fixing of single arm header assembly made with 100mm dia GI pipe Jacket of 30 cm long with 1.5 mtr. long 40mm dia GI pipe bracket duly welded with top cap at an angle of 110 degree with the vertical incl. 12 mm dia full threaded through nuts-bolts and 3 nos. supporting nut-bolts etc. including necessary painting as per direction of EIC.

Supply & fixing of double arm header( angle between two arm is as per direction of EIC) assembly made with 100mm dia GI pipe Jacket of 30 cm long with 1.5 mtr. long 40mm dia GI pipe bracket duly welded with top cap at an angle of 110 degree with the vertical incl. 12 mm dia full threaded through nuts-bolts and 3 nos. supporting nut-bolts etc. including necessary painting as per direction of EIC.

Supply & delivery of 240V, 70 watt or higher , LED Street Light with optic lens and polycarbonate diffuser, in white powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing with IP66 protection incl. 10 KV SPD with glare free uniform illumination with (5700K - 6500K) & minimum Luminious efficacy>= 110 Lumen/ Watt or better and 50,000 LED Buring hour or more (Make : Philips/Crompton/ wipro/ Jaquar/Bajaj/ Havells) [LED lamps & accessories shall have BEE Certification].

S&F hot press moulded SMC cable loop box Sintex/ Cat no - GSJB 2520) of size 8" x 10" x 4" with hinge(2nos) & locking arrangement.& fixing on pole/wall.

Earthing Installation

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire, with an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level (For soft Soil: ISI-Medium GI pipe)

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (Soft Soil)

S&F earth busbar of 25 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (M-Havells/RR Kabel/Polycab) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required. a) 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required.

Dismantling the existing overhead electrical lines& 10 Nos. old damage PCC poles and submit the material to the section office as per instruction of EIC.
