C/O road from main road to Village Ganguhi

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by all manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock,soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, complete including setting out true to the required line, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus / unuseful material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transporation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and hauling /carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures. Recovery for useful stone of 23.06 (twenty three cubic decimal zero six) cubic metre at the rate of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractors running bill on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying spreading and compacting by mechanical means 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness broken /crushed stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred ) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven decimal two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) in foundation and footing including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana,Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement: four sand: eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size ) and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.
