Preparation of plastered wall surfaces incl necessary racking with wire brush the surface of wall to remove all the loose laitence & wash with clean water and crack filling with acrylic putty as directed on site wet the wall prior to over coating brush apply 1 primer coat of Dr fixit Primeseal incl crack filling with Dr Fixit Crack 'X' Paste & allow to dry for 4 hours, for internal walls, apply damp proof coating and Blend a mixture & water in the ratio 1:1:1(Base: Hardner: Water) & brush apply 2 coat over the plastered surface in a span of 4 hrs and applying matching decorative finish complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out tress with roots in brick / roof slab surfaces (accessible & in accessible roofs) with necessary chemical treatments including filling with PCC B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate with water proofing chemicals complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid Ceramic coloured Joint free tiles of size 400 x 400 x 8mm thick (area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n.exc. 0.18 Sqm) as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick bedding layering cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

Glazed ceramic tiles, joint free,coloured (light colour as approved) of size 300mm x 600mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc set and jointed in cement slurry over 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, Light shade coloured size 600mmx600mmx9-10mm (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry bedded in any mortar complete all as specified.

20mm thick Granite of Ist quality, table rubbed and polished, in floor set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, including grinding and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm thick Granite machine cut, in skirting/dado door window sill, jambs etc laid over cement screed (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture ofpigment to match the shade ofgranite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified.

20mm thick Granite of Ist quality, table rubbed and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cill, cooking platform, working table and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete artilcles and precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and directed.

Stone masonry walling or squred walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed same size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered / painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of Oli bound distemper / water based distemper over a coat of primer and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Prepration of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper or water based distemper over a coat of Alkali resistance priming paint including 1mm thick wall care putty over plastered surface to prepare even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old decorated surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment, scraping down, washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered or painted surface and two coats of Oli bound distemper / water based distemper over a coat of primer and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparatiion of new plastered surfaces as in walls, soffits & facias of beam, chajjas etc. and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as spd and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Preparatiion of old plastered surfaces as in walls, soffits & facias of beam, chajjas & including roof/floor bottom of ceiling portion etc. and applying one coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as spd and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.

10 mm thick (average) bedding layer on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, mixed with WPC, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC measured and paid separately.

Special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room as per following stages:Stage 1 :- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc .Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP/SIKA /plaster seal of STP Ltd or Equallent Stage 3:- Applying Dr Fixit Primseal primer or STP Ltd(and allow to dry for 8 hours) under touch dry condition Stage 4:- Applying two coats of water proofing of Dr Fixit Pidicrete for the sunken portion of toilets/bathrooms (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per manufactutrer instruction Stage 5:-Again rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 25mm dia GI spout for draining the surplus water if any.

Plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor filling as mass concrete or in sub base of floors complete all as specified.

Mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, (Posts and Struts in fencing including embedding in concrete etc) drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps, gates wind tie including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Rolled mild steel Framed work (rolled mild steel Fe - 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality "A") as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan, buzzer, socket or power point etc) complete including all fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc including making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Point wiring with 2.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 2.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit of 20mm dia or higher, medium grade / PVC casing caping of size not less than 20mm width complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories and replacement of sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal box of 1.60mm thick with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover, brass screws, cup washers etc including all cutting / chases etc in walls complete all as specified and directed for Description a for independent switch socket outlet 3 pin 5 Amps and all as directed at site.

All as per above item but 2.5 sqmm one 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet point on same board with other switches.

Point wiring with 4 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 4 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit of 20mm dia or higher, medium grade / PVC casing caping of size not less than 20mm width complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories and replacement of sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal box of 1.60mm thick with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover, brass screws, cup washers etc including all cutting / chases etc in walls complete all as specified and directed for Description a for one socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board all as directed at site.
