Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations, etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and filling in plinth under floors or trenches, in areas with crusher sand, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc. complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material conforming to specifications of Grade-I (size range 75mm to 0.075mm) having CBR Value-30, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge and design and specification as per MoRTH.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller of 10 to 12 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge and design and specification as per MoRTH.
Providing and laying 80mm thick High-density cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade as per IS: 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of baby metal, filling the joints with coarse sand etc., all complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc. as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade, properly mixed and consolidated with hand rammers, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, curing, lead, lift, etc., excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, as per specifications & directions of Engineer-in-charge, at all levels. 1:4:8 (1cement : 4coarse sand (zone-III) : 8graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix M-25 grade cement concrete conforming to IS:456 or IS:10262 for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, coarse sand conforming to IS:383 and 20mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Minimum cement content is 400kg/cum, for works at all levels.
Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 16 gauge GI binding wire etc. complete including cost, conveyance, lead, lift of all materials for all types of RCC works as per drawing/ specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, for works at all levels. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge, for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns, etc.

6 mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including cost and conveyance of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, curing, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. For works at all levels.
Finishing external walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/ 10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/ 10sqm), including cost and conveyance of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, scaffolding, cleaning the surface, sundries etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. For works at all levels.
Providing and Laying Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard of required color shade, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). All complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing GI mesh not less than 6mm dia fixed to structural frame work including cutting of wire mesh and welded with structural frame work including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift sundries, etc. complete, including applying one coat zinc chromate primer and steel enamel paint (two or more coats), as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work: In gratings, frames, fences, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates, chequered plate and similar works. All complete including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and steel enamel paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, sundries, scaffolding, lead, lift, cutting, welding, bolting, hoisting, fixing in position, etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Core cutting work on RCC/CC slabs using specialized machinery up to dia of 12cm at all levels including cost of all materials, labour charges, etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Cutting of RCC works up to a depth of 15cm using specialized machinery without damaging the balance RCC works at all levels, as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Cutting length to be measured.
Demolishing of R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical meansand stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 5 km, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Demolishing of brick work/solid block in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 5 km lead as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
