Material & labour for opening / taking out of FIP (fuel injector pump) of DG set of 82.5 to 160 KVA capacity, disconnection of supply connection etc, carrying complete overhauling/servicing/reconditioning of Pump, with and including replacement of all unserviceable parts, as required, including testing complete and re-assembling the same, fitted with DG set properly in original location, checking and making proper all connections, testing for smooth operation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The cost of replaced spares / parts is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. 2. The cost of transportation (to and fro) for all kind of necessary equipment / T&P shall be arranged by contractor to complete the job 3. The complete work is to be carried through the authorised service center of manufacturer only.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, battery charging sets, automatic type, fixed in DG sets / panel with and including transformer (I/P-240/32 & O/P-28/26/24) with rectifier etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for taking out fuel from fuel tank and keep in container for refilling after cleaning, cleaning of fuel tank of DG set of any capacity, removing sludge and sediments deposited inside the diesel tanks by washing with detergent washing powder and air compressor including testing for proper working, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable capacity at site) of exhaust system complete of 100 KVA Diesel Generator set including scraping of old painting and painting of DG Set and canopy as per existing colour scheme and pattern with atleast two coat of heat resistant paint to the entire plant and satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

All as per item no 65 here in above but 82.5KVA Diesel Generator set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, Oil temperature meter, suitable for DG set of any type existing make and capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of self starter for 30 KVA and 82.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair/Servicing of voltage stablizer of cap 3 kva complete at authorised dealer including replacement of worn out parts and replacemnt of unserviceable spare part required for the reapair ,assemling after repair assemling after repair and transporting back to site,installation ,connection and load testing complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair/Servicing of voltage stablizer of cap 2 kva complete at authorised dealer including replacement of worn out parts and replacemnt of unserviceable spare part required for the reapair ,assemling after repair assemling after repair and transporting back to site,installation ,connection and load testing complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of alternator assembly of DG sets of following capacity from the foundation alter disconnecting the electric connection, carrying the same to workshop, dismantling of alternator and taking down worn out windings of rotor filed coils and excitor coils, rewinding the alternator with copper enamelled wire with same size and same guage, replacement of insulation material, heating and varnishing, provision of connecting leads and terminal plates etc. to make alternator fully servicable, reassembling the alternator, shifiting back to installation, assembling the same with engine, making electric connections, testing and commissioning and load testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 53,905.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Sec-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
