Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item A&B) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts leveling ramming the foundation treanches, removing roots of trees, and shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing designation 75A one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level.

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supply of 50x50x6mm M.S.angle all complete job as per direction of E/I.

Labour for fabricating, erecting, hoistion and fixing in position structrral steel work in R.S. Joist, channel, Angle, Tee, flat, plate, latice member, built up compound section in column, girder, stair case, or truss including cost of gusset plates, holding down bolts, anchor plates at all heights and depths, bolting, welding ( machining wherever necessary) with applying a priming coat of red lead paint all complete as per approved drawing, building specification and direction of E/I.

Drilling 6mm dia hole M.S. angle iron for fixing of staples etc. as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supply of barbed wire of 4 point, 2 ply 12SWG 150mm all complete as per direction of E/I.

Labour for fitting & fixing barbed wire fencing in six rows horizantal up to a height of 1.85 M and two diagonals including fixing of post in cement concrete at 2.5 M centres including cost of staples (but excluding the cost of cement concrete angle iron post ,its cutting and making holes,nuts and bolts) all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throughly , scaffolding and taxes all after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size)

providing Tor steel reinforcement of 20mm,25mm, 28mm & 32mm. dia bars as per approved design and drawing exclusive carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of the wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I. Sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60X60X6mm. Including cost of fabrication, providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of snowcem of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer on new surface including preparing the plastered surface smooth with sand paper scaffolding , curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Carriage of materials from nearest approved sources of supply including loading loading into trucks and unloading from trucks and stacking properly at work site as directed by the E/I.
