REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF FLOORING, DADO, PLINTH, PROTECTION CERTAIN MISC B/R WORK AT SRC IN RAMGARH CANTT

Demoliton of cement concrete in ground floor paving n exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course, coping, window cill etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L 40 mm thick PCC type B - 1 ,1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring finish even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only 38mm wide glass dividing strips, 3mm thick complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finished surface even & fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including necessary form work of edge all as specified and directed. Note: 10mm wide and 75mm deep joints shall be made at 3 mtr intervel and at each corner and the same shall be filled with using bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L coloured ceramic glazed tiles 450x300x7mm thick as in dado/skirting etc including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in, skirting, dado, etc incl 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified & directed.
